Aramis, recovering from an injury to his lungs, goes with the others on an 'easy' mission...but it unexpectedly turns out to be the hottest day in years and he really should've stayed at the garrison...especially when danger strikes that he isn't physically able to handle.

Complete. Pure Aramis whump. Main cast throughout. Aramis only wanted, and expected, one thing when he returned to the garrison after a harrowing solo mission. But when he doesn't receive what he so desperately needs, he's both saddened and hurt, and it's up to his brothers to seek forgiveness.

An ambush on the edge of a frozen lake takes things from bad to worse.

One wrong punch and Aramis' life is made a living hell. But it's his own stubbornness that could be his downfall. Set before 1.08.

Missing scene from 1x03 Commodities. In which Aramis doesn't escape quite as unscathed as he seemed to on the show.

It's early winter in the south of France. Athos and Porthos find themselves stuck in a swamp while trying to rescue their horses from bandits who may or may not be simple horse thieves. Aramis and d'Artagnan stand a valiant defense of their mired friends and all of them pay with various levels of injury and regret. -Complete.

On mission, while camped in the woods, Aramis returns to a behavior Athos and Porthos thought he was done with. They figure things could turn out all right, just so long as they can keep him from stabbing anyone, himself included. 4/4

It was as his eyes were busy elsewhere that the fatal shot came. It thundered over the clash of steel and tore through his chest. He didn't see the rifleman who had fired the shot from across the battlefield, he couldn't find the glint of gold trampled in the mud – the pain brought only blindness and shattered air. OneShot. Post Season 2. Warning: character death.

"Must the two of you compete for who will deny their injuries the longest?" Athos asked drily. He didn't wait for them to respond. After all, he already knew the answer. (Episode tag for 2.06 Through a Glass Darkly.)

Rising… falling… rising… falling…" Porthos stands vigil over Aramis. I know it's been done, but seriously there can never be too much of these two! The night after Athos was poisoned and nearly died, Aramis can't stop thinking and worrying about how useless his battlefield medicine (stiching, ect) was against poison and how close he was to losing one of his brothers. Brot4 cuddling ensues.

In which things are not quite as they seem. Or, three of our Musketeers plot to get the forth one out of parade duty during a heatwave. (Friendship h/c team fic.)

After Commodities, haunted by the ghosts of his past and believing it to be the best thing for his brothers, Athos leaves. Porthos and Aramis set out immediately to bring him back.

When d'Artagnan experiences a close call that leaves him shaken, the other Musketeers reminisce about times they, too, believed they faced death alone.

In the darkest hours, when they want to act, but can't, the burn of anxiety and anger has to go somewhere. Meme fill for the prompt: nervous habits.

With misguided reasoning, Athos claims to be hungover, when really he's injured. Aramis and Porthos are not impressed. Prompt fill.

In which a careless remark brings back bad memories for Porthos.

Kinda can't believe I'm writing one of these, but... Five times Athos had to rein Aramis in and one time it was the other way around.

After Aramis sleeps with Anne, he promises Athos that he'll stay away from women for a while. Problem is, Aramis can't sleep by himself. He's managed to keep this hidden through the years, but in fulfilling his promise to Athos, the insomnia takes over, sending him deeper and deeper into the hole while the others try to figure out what's wrong. Prompt Meme Fill.

Aramis can't recall how he got that scar on his head. He only knows because Porthos remembers the day very well. Athos, however, pretends to have forgotten; he can hardly bare to look at that scar because he knows, he hates, that he was the one to put it there. No slash. Contains serious themes - alcoholism and depression.

The aftermath of the Savoy Massacre set in an undefined and nondescript modern AU. Gen. There is a story in here but it will be structured more as a cross section of character moments in a loosely defined space. ETA: I don't normally do this (ever) but I've changed the title. Rubin's Vase is the same concept as Figure-Ground, just perhaps a little more relatable.

d'Artagnan has been kicked out, Porthos has embarrassed himself and Constance is hurt but its all going to be alright because Aramis has made stew. Athos is also there. As is Treville. They mainly roll their eyes. hope you enjoy.
