The Avengers thought the strangest thing that could happen to them was Loki joining their team, however, they were proven wrong when they were confronted by new enhanced in the field, who possessed a very powerful gift.

This ignores what happened in Avengers until close to the end of the story where it becomes Thor 2.Our story begins after Thor, Loki and them defeat Jotunheim. Odin punishes Thor and Loki in the same way. Thor goes to New Mexico; Loki goes to Kansas. There, Loki meets Isabella Bane and his whole world is flipped upside down. Who knows if he returns home? Ch 11 may contain triggers.

AU- Set in the Avengers Tower where Loki is learning to fit in with Midgardians (penance for his mischief in NYC a while back). Along the way, seems he's developed a connection with a shape-shifting being (not from Earth) who has also taken refuge in the tower. Things get a little crazy when you add Asgardian wine into the mix. Enjoyed writing Loki getting drunk- well, you'll see.

I had a vision that something big was going to happen. SHIELD kidnapping me and inducting me for service confirmed my fears. Fury asked me for help in reviving an old hero, one who I am strangely drawn to. And the villain we are fighting, has his sight set on me and my powers.
