Hello. I'm Simply.Tawny, and I just came to be a reviewer. Typically, I give harsh concrit. Why do I do what I do? Well, because some people on fanfiction seriously don't know how to write, or how to follow rules.

I've been gone for a while, but I'm slowly starting my fanfiction back up. I can probably be found in the Twilight, Tortall, Vampire Knight, and Pellinor fandoms. If anyone needs advice on stories, ask away! :) I bet nobody really cares whether I'm back or not... ):

Okay, many people have requested that I write my own story since I'm going to be concritting their stories and they want to be sure that I can write a story that fits my own standards. So, because of their requests, I am going to write a story (I'm not sure of which style yet or for which fandom). :EDIT: Sorry about not having the story up! I know that I said early summer, but the fact is I have been having a hard time deciding which fandom to write for and got sidetracked with writing another original fiction. I promise that I'll have a story up as soon as I have a chapter ready. I am seriously considering something based on the Beka Cooper series by Tamora Pierce. Requests will be taken into consideration if anyone would like to ask for a certain genre or fandom. :)

What I review on (mostly):

Spelling/grammar mistakes: If you can't spell, and you know it, please use the spellcheck that comes with Word! If, for some odd reason, you do not have Word, fanfiction has one at your disposal. Do not come to me with "I'm dyslexic" because that's what spellcheck is for.

All dialogue stories: A good story has description. The reader only sees what you tell them, don't make them guess at it!

Incorrectly separated/unseparated paragraphs: I already have a hard time seeing, don't make it worse! If you don't know when to separate a paragraph, look it up! There are plenty of places online to look at.

Disregarding the fanfiction guidelines: You agreed to them, now follow them! Enough said already. If I see something that doesn't follow the guidelines, rest assured that I not only will leave a harsh review, but I will also be reporting your story.

Mary-Sue and Gary-Stu: There are tests out there. If you think that you have one, take the test and find out! If it is one, please, kill it.

OOC-ness: You put a disclaimer up and said that the characters didn't belong to you, yet you are changing them around to your own specifications.
