Dusk: warmth beginning to cool. A face looking ahead to darkness while the day lingers behind, hands reluctantly on her shoulders. The sun slowly letting go in compliance to the night. One foot in the tranquil navy, wading into the starlight like water.

Dawn: chilly but warming up. Eyeing the rising rays and the potential of the day. She dusts the dreamy moon and stars from her hair and skirt and steps forward with ambition. Refreshing , like the dew that trails behind her, pearls of water marking her path.

Both denote the start of something new. One complements the other and the latter wouldn’t exist without the first.

We are very much involved in the art of bringing our story to life. In an effort to get a feel for the characters we work with, we often find ourselves doing fan art. Anyone keeping up with Cascading Melody and want to see our take on what the people you're reading about look like, check out our deviantART accounts. There you are likely to come across many spoilers and extremely rough sketches.

Also:As if we couldn't prove ourselves any bigger dorks than was already shown, there has been -for more than a year now- a Cascading Melody playlist in the making on Playlist.com which currently holds over 190 tracks that we've felt held some significance to the story. Music is our muse and often inspires our mood for when we write. Along with this playlist we have created an alphabetized Key with which to match songs with their intended person, couple, or theme. If you would like this Key please let us know either by review or PM, it is available in both OpenOffice format and Microsoft Works Word Processor. The key has been edited with a (??) in place of some people and themes to prevent spoilers of the story and will be revealed once the story itself has caught up. If anything, it could just be a fun place to go and listen to a wide spectrum of tunes.

And now for something completely different. If you're here that must make you a Kingdom Hearts fan (or else you've stumbled across us by mistake) and therefore I do hope you will consider this proposition. We, Dusk and Dawn, along with a friend of ours are trying to revive an old forum of ours. It's seen a lot of good times but it was slowly abandoned over the years.
