After dying in a gunfight with the New Frontier, Clementine wakes up not in the after life, but in a world where the apocalypse never occurred. She knows it happened, though. She's not crazy and she's going to find someone who believes her, all the while trying to survive eighth grade and the real, very serious problems the adults face.
