I'm Lady Remus and formerly known as ecco1983. My main story focus is on Remus/Sirius. However, I am trying to branch into other pairings. In almost all my Harry Potter fics (except my femmeslash fics), my main character has been Remus. Although I love Sirius Black and cried at the end of OOTP, my first love of the Harry Potter fandom was Remus (I fell for Sirius after another read of "Prisoner of Azkaban"). I love Remus because he makes a great teacher (if only I had teachers like him at my school), he seems to have a limitless supply of chocolate (a girl's best friend) and he is a sexy werewolf. Although I will always branch to other stories, my One True Pairings will be the two sexy puppies: Remus and Sirius.

I am 23 and I live in Manchester in England. All my fics are beta read before they are posted (which is a big help for me as I am dyslexic and dypraxic (I was only diagnosed over 2 years ago) and although my writing is good, I sometimes have problems with my grammar and phrasing).

My Pairings

Here are the pairings that I have either written about, read or expressed an interest in reading/writing:

Remus/Sirius (MY OTP!! I have written loads of fics on this pairing)

Harry/Draco (I have written this pairing but I don’t like this pairing. These two really dislike each other and any relationship between them, IMO, would be cold and abusive)

Harry/Remus, Harry/Sirius, Harry/Sirius/Remus (I have written Harry/Remus and Harry/Sirius fics and really want to write Harry/Remus/Sirius fics)

James/Remus, James/Sirius, James/Sirius/Remus (I have showed interest in writing this fic and really want to soon)

Fenrir/Remus (I have written a few fics on this pairings. When it comes to the character Remus, writing him with Fenrir is the combination of the perfect darkfic).

Hermione/Ginny (I have written a fic on it and I want to write more femmeslash.)

Remus/Tonks (Overall, I have had a love-hate relationship with this pairing but in recent months, I wondered why I have problems with liking this pairing. I mean, I think Remus rocks. I think Tonks rocks. It was then I realised that my problem at the time was that I was so fixated with Remus/Sirius that I couldn’t imagine Remus with anyone else. Also, the way the pairing was used in HBP- it just seemed a bit rushed and confusing by the end. I am now quickly warming up to the pairing and I would like to see more development of it in the seventh book. As for writing this pairing, I would like to- it’s just finding a good story)

Ginny/Tonks (This is what my first attempt back ino femmeslash after my lack of confidence in writing femmeslash)

Ginny/Luna (This pairing rocks the socks! Luna is a fantastic character and she really likes Ginny, you can tell LOL Although it's a newer fic than my H/G fic, it is going high up on my stats and reviews status and I know one day, it'll surpass my H/G fic and I hope so too).

My top two writing tips

1) No matter what fandom you write for, it is normal for one to have a One True Pairing. However, it is very healthy to try writing another pairing from time to time. I mean, if you write the same pairing again and again, it may get boring and plus, each pairing involves different ways of writing stories so by becoming varied and open, you can become a better writer.

2) Get a beta reader, especially if you're new to writing

Edit: 20th July 2007: I have got two fics coming up from two fic fests and then that'll be the last of my fics for a while for I'm going to concentrate on my original novel, which is about werewolves.

Edit: 9th September 2007: I'm flattered that so many people ask me to do sequels of my work but I'm still retired (with one more fic to reveal and that should be very soon). Please don't ask me to do sequels. At the moment, I'm out of the fan fiction writing world and even if I wasn't, the onyl requests I do are those given to me during fan fic fests. If I'm pressured into writing a non fest fic, my brain goes AWOL and I don't get anything done :-(
