Ghost and Roach got saved after Shepherd had tried to burn them alive. After they have recovered from their injuries they get to know that they were not the only members of TF 141 which got saved. Their new General revealed that they got protected by his Secret Task Force and from time to time they got to meet the people which saved their lives.
