News:

2/24/08- It may seem like I've abandoned this site and yes, for the most part, I have. I changed the status of Forever Wandering and Down the Road to 'complete.' For all intents and purposes, they are complete.

I don't know if I will ever get around to re-writing Steps of Courage and conjoining Walking on Mirrors with Entropy, but I'm not ruling it out. For now, though, you probably shouldn't expect to see anything more exciting than a one-shot on this profile. I hope to finish Thirty Moments, since I do owe it to Khrysalis. And because I have most of it already written. Dovetail is most likely never going to be completed, but thank you to the people who took an interest when I first started it. I am not deleting it since I do like the first two chapters and they have some key Aoshi/Kaoru moments that, should I ever get back to The Homeward Traveler fics, I may want to refer back to.

OC Exchange Fics:

Place Called Home

This is my submission to the Feb-March OC Exchange. It's about Wistful-Eyes's OC Ami. It's sort of a what-if scenario exploring what would have happened if instead of Kenshin, it was a different character that Ami ended up meeting. This fic never made it past one chapter, and I doubt I'll come back to it. But I'm leaving it up for Wistful-Eyes and any fans of hers.

Fairytale

My fic submitted for the April-May OC Exchange. This is a collection of poems centering around Mei-mei, kie-san's OC from her fic Once Upong a Time in Shanghai.

Thirty Moments

June-July Exchange on Khrysalis's Shino. I was so happy to have gotten her, and I hope I'm doing her justice in this fic. It's just thirty drabblettes (they're too short to be drabbles) taken from the 30 Romances challenge on Livejournal.

Trust

Written for the September/October OC Exchange. This one is a 100 word drabble about Hiteozakura's OC Hayami from the fic The Wolf and the Geisha.

Upcoming:

Steps of Courage: If I ever get back to these fics, this is the one that will most likely get re-written. It needs it and, as the first fic to introduce Naruku, I would like it to be well-represented. As it is, it's rather childish and juvenile, so it would be nice to update it a little.

Walking on Mirrors: A re-write that will also merge this fic with the old 'Entropy' one. I don't know if this story will ever end up getting re-written, but there is no chance that I'll post the old one. Hopefully I will get the chance to re-do this fic so there is not a gaping hole left in the series. If the re-write happens, expect major changes from the original.
