~About Me~

So, my names Courtney :D Pretty basic and cliche. Kinda. My friends call me Court. Simply because they're too lazy to say a two-syllable name. I get called Courtsy and Coodles too. I guess my username says it all: I am a dork. Oh, and beacuse I finaly discovered that there is something that rhymes with my name, even though it's my nickname. =D I'm fifteen and live in Queensland which is beautiful. I'm actually Kiwi, i've been in Auzzie for a couple of years ago. I'm OCD and it's horrible and annoying! I love music, there isn't - and never will be - a day I don't (or won't) listen to my iPod. My iPod's my baby. I love old songs too.

You must read this: (hehehe) If you happen to read some of my stories, and they're weird and stupid and have no story line, thats because they're actually my dreams. See, I write down my dreams, and it's helped me a lot with my writing!

My friends call me and nerd, and I just say i'm well educated. Which is true. I get good grades (except for Maths), study for tests/exams (Except for Maths), do all of my homework (Except for Maths), and I'm kind of a goody-too-shoe. I love school, everything about it, except for Maths. I have the best teachers and the best subjects (I guess Maths is okay). English is my favourite subject, even though it took eight years to actually figure that out. I live and breathe it. I'm so happy that English is my life because it helps with written tasks in other subjects.
History is tied second with Art. History: Has written tasks and interesting topics discussed. You learn something new about the world every day and I also love old/historical things. Art: has written assignments and I just love drawing. I'm not a artist from the heavens per say, but I'm pretty good if I do say so myself. I love shading, pen and ink and water colour. Biology: The class was cut this semester because there wasn't enough students. It's so interesting! That's all. =D

I like to think of myself of a responsible person; I don't swear, I'm reluctant to do stupid things, and I listen to my parents and I don't let the things that the kids at school say bother me.

I would classify myself as a shy person. When I am around people I'm not really comfortable with I do not talk. I'd rather sit in silence and stare at the wall while daydreaming about what's going to happen in my next fan fiction. But if you get me around my friends, gosh, I'm a idiot! I have a small-ish group of friends, but I enjoy spending time with each and every one of them. They are the greatest friends anyone could ever ask for, and I'm proud to claim them as my friends. Except when your best friend calls in the middle of the night, asking for your teachers e-mail address when it's been on the whiteboard numerous of times. =D Still, you gotta love them. Seriously. My friend re-made Taylor Swift's 'You Belong With Me song for me. She's awesome! "*Clears throat and starts singing like Taylor Swift* You wear All Stars, I wear ballet flats! Your a Volleyball player and ...I'm cheering on the side-line! Your an AWESOME friend and I love you to pieces! Dreaming 'bout the day when we're gonna re-live White Chicks! *crowd cheers!*

I love my birds, Meeko and Jazz. Couldn't live without them. And my family, even though they're really embarrassing. And nosy. =D

I live and breathe books. I wanna live around them, I want my job to involve them and I wanna write them. I've wanted to be an author for about 2 1/2 years now. It started when I was in love with Harry Potter and I wanted to meet Daniel Radcliffe. So, I thought up the most un-realistic idea ever and wrote it down. Two and a half exercise books later, I kinda got bored with it, well, Daniel Radcliffe, and stopped, writing a new one about Robert Pattinson. It continued from there and my year 9 English teacher (who is awesome) helped me a lot and even got my Short Story published.

My favourite sport is Volleyball. I'm on the school under 16 team and I have training three days a week. It's so awesome, I can't even explain why I love it. I love Horse riding too. I was living and breathing it in New Zealand till I moved here. Until recently, I hadn't been on a horse for two years. My Dad found a newspaper article on the local RDA (Riding for the Disabled) I volunteer there every second weekend and I ride there too. =D

1. I always have to fall asleep on my stomach or I won't fall asleep.

2. Despite coming from a country where it rains most of the time, I love the cold and hate the Australian sun!

3. My iPod is always touching me - what I mean is it's I always in my pocket.

4. I always bounce the Volleyball three times before I serve or I won't get it over the net.

5. I have OCD, so everything of mine it straight, clan and neat.

7. My favourite character from To Kill a Mockingbird is Arthur 'Boo' Radley. He's the hermit character who hadn't been seen in over 15 years untill the end of the book. The character that caved soap dolls to children. The one who 'stabbed his father with scissors' and the one who is good looking in the movie for about 2 seconds. =D

8. I can't, I repeat can't sing.

9. I am an extremely lazy person.

10. When I am not writing stories, don't think that I stay away from the computer. I am computer addicted. I can waste hours just looking around at different fanfiction.
