I guess I'll tell a little about myself. I'm 44 years old and was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I have four wonderful cats. I have enjoyed sci-fi and fantasy since I can remember. I was probably born loving it!

I discovered fan fiction about six years ago and have been hooked ever since. I also enjoy reading Harry Potter, Star Wars, the Jedi Apprentice series, Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis (of course), Lord of the Rings, and a myriad of others. This is the first time I get up enough nerve to submit something of my own. I am so inspired by Stargate Atlantis that it was the perfect first choice.

I am glad to see that there are other authors in my age range. I thought I was going to be the oldest person here. I know I'm in good company since I've noticed how kind everybody is when they review. There is so much wonderful talent on this site and I hope I can live up to the standards that you have all set.
