At first glance, SHIELD files are exceptionally thorough. They seem to hold everything about you, and for most that would be more than enough. But, as they spend more and more time with their team, the Avengers learn just how much those files left out. They learn about the souls behind the masks, and how those files are woefully lacking in the details they know they need.

Clint has to go on a talk show where they try and get him to give advice to kids, which annoys him. Do they not understand what he does for a living? Later he realizes maybe he might have something to say to some kids. Very minor Clint and Natasha friendship, but really this is all Clint.

Steve is turned into a kid by no other than Loki. With their Captain a mere child, the Avengers struggle through missions and taking care of a kid. A kid that they know very little about besides the fact his father was most likely an abusive drunk, and is a prodigy at playing the piano. The tabloids are going crazy. Prodigy and the name Tony Stark? Who's the mother? Tony flounders.

Her memory is not so much pockmarked as it is surgically stitched into some monster of a thing, pretty on the surface and unstable underneath. It's a fitting metaphor for the Black Widow.

After the Battle of New York, Natasha just wants things to go back to normal. But that's not so easy considering that normal means being a spy, and her partner's decided to be a superhero instead. And it's especially difficult when her new assignment from S.H.I.E.L.D. is to collect intel on the Avengers.
