So i first got the first Hunger Games when i was in 6th grade as my independent reading project. It was the first major novel i read and it is to this day one of the greatest i've ever read. I always had dreams of what i would do in the games and how i would survive. I even got people together after i finished Mockingjay to try and convince them to put on the Hunger Games as a play at school. Sadly the principle wouldn't allow it hahaha. However i related well to Katniss because i share many similar traits with her. So thank you Katniss for making my life better, and teaching me that you should do anything to protect the people you love.

1. Eevee

I have always had an inmense love for Eevee! It is literally not hated by anyone, honestly you can't hate Eevee. It has a perfectly cute, badass design, not to mention that it had SEVEN evolutions! It can evolve into so many cool pokemon, and i'm also just a huge sucker for cute things xD

2. Greninja

It's a ninja frog that can throw shurikens made of water xD That would have been enough, but then we had Ash Greninja in the anime and it only solidified my love for it!

3. Flygon

Does everyone remember the Jurachi movie when Ash rode this thing and fought that giant artificial Groudon!? BECAUSE I DO! After that movie hot damn i knew i needed one in my game. It has a badass design, is great in battle, and i will always love it!

4. Lucario

Lucario is one of the most universally loved Pokemon. Awesome design, awesome in battle, amazing in the movie! I don't need to tell you all the reasons we all love Lucario xD

5. Sceptile

This thing beat a damn Darkrai in the anime... for real i was so amazed at that episode. I also picked treecko in a second when i first played through Hoenn and i haven't looked back since!

6. Charizard

Yes i am a Charizard fanboy. Ash's Charizard in the anime was easily one of my favorite Pokemon in the entire anime. I loved in the third movie where Ash is falling and Charizard swoops in to save him? AWEOME! Not to mention its great design and Mega Evolution, it'll always be one of my favs!

7. Lycanroc

The only Alolan Pokemon to make my top ten is an absolutely amazing one! I love a bunch of Alolan mons but Lycanroc is easily my fav! First off ROCKRUFF IS SO FUCKING CUTE! I guess you can count this spot and Lycanroc and Rockruff, but it just has such an amazing design and is great in battle. It is always going to be one of my favs going forward.

8. Luxray

Shinx was the first Pokemon i ever caught back in Pokemon Diamond. I remember back when i was six i thought i just needed to over level my starter, and one or two other Pokemon and i would be golden. So thats what i did and Sparkplug the Luxray was one of the best members of my team! It was the second Pokemon i ever trained to level 100 and will always hold a place in my9 top ten for Nostalgia purposes and its badass design!

9. Infernape

Now while i will always love Torterra since it was my first ever Pokemon, Infernape to me is the best of the three Sinnoh starters. All three have epic designs, but their's something about this fight fire-monkey that i just absolutely love! Not to mention how amazing Ash's Infernape was in the anime, it's battle against Paul was easily one of the best in the series!

10. Jolteon

My fav Eeveelution makes the number ten spot! Jolteon was the first eeveelution i ever got when i played through the game! It's combination of speed and great special attack is what i love most about it! Slap Discharge on this thing, and get it to a high enough level you can take out Pokemon after Pokemon with it! It saved me in many playthroughs with its great speed. I also love its cute yet fierce design, safe to say Jolteon is here to stay!

Pokemon has been such a big part of my life. My first game ever was pokemon diamond, i may have not have played since Red and Blue(Because i wasn't born yet) but it's still had such an amazing impact on my life. It shows hard work and determination will get you through anything. So thank you Ash, Pikachu, Misty, Brock, Tracey, May, Max, Dawn, Clemont, Bonnie, Serena(my all time fav:) for teaching me lessons throughout my life. I'll be a fan forever.

So i can't say enough about this literally magical series. I didn't watch them until i was in 8th grade in 2012-13. I had said my whole life i wasn't interested in it, but my little brother had me watch the first movie while i was babysitting. Within the next two days i watched all the films twice. Then once school started, i had all the books read within two weeks. Ginny is my all time favorite, her and the books absolutely consumed my life. It changed my life. So thanks Harry for showing me family and friends always come first so matter what!

So i was very very late to the world of PJO. I was so stupid, why didn't i read this sooner!? Well i love it so so much, i have always loved Greek mythology and these books had me hooked at the first mention of Zeus. The taught me so many life lessons! Like just because your different, doesn't mean you can't accomplish great things! That being loyal, will get you some of the bestfriends you will ever have! My favorite book was The Titan's Curse, i know many people didn't like that one, but Zoe Nightshade is bae, and Artemis is the most badass Olympian EVER! So thank you Percy and Annabeth for improving my life for the better! Go Percebeth!!!!

You know you're a true PJO/HOO fan when...

You say "Oh my gods!" instead of "Oh my god!". You can recite both Great Prophecies by heart. You keep a pen in your pocket at all times. You have a blue plastic hairbrush for good luck. You wore blue and sang "Happy Birthday" to Percy Jackson on August 18th. You were freaking out on August First because you thought it was doomsday. When people ask you who your favorite book character is, you say The Seven. You laugh whenever someone says dam. You're not on team Edward or Jacob, you're on Team Leo. (Team Leo for the win, bishes!) You keep an eye on that one kid with a limp and a weird laugh, thinking he's a satyr. When you reread PJO, you look for signs of Nico di Angelo's crush. You always remember the sacrifices made across both series. (R.I.P., Bianca di Angelo, Zoë Nightshade, Charlie Beckendorf, Silena Beauregard, Ethan Nakamura, Luke Castellan, Bob the Titan, and Damasen the Giant. The PJO/HoO series is officially over. I want to thank every character in those books for shaping my life to be the way it is today. Without them, I wouldn't be such an avid reader. So i'm pretty new to the whole ShadowHunter party. I didn't even hear about the books until i watched the TV show debut. I became a fan of teh TV series so naturally i had to read the books they were based off of, and boy am i glad i am. I just finished City of Ashes, so i'm on to book three. I hear that the books only get better as they go on and i hope that's the case! No matter what, between the TV series and the books, i know i will be a huge fan! :)

Georg R.R. Martin is a genius. That's all i have to say. I had been hearing things about the Game of Thrones TV show for so many years. I saw the trailer for season 6 and it just looked so amazing. So I binge watched the whole first five seasons of the show in one week, and old gods i am glad i did. The show is just so fucking amazing xD the unpredictability, the intrigue, the storylines, and all of the amazing characters are just so amazingly done. Even the characters you hate like Joffery you have to appreciate how well done they are. You wonder how a TV show can make you cry, laugh, hate and just feel so immersed. George R.R. Martin i salute you, you are this era'a J R.R. Tolkien. Thank you for bringing this book series and TV show into my life.
