I'am passionate about writing, health, yoga, diet, psychology and everything else that makes life interesting. I started practicing yoga 16 years ago. I believe, my life purpose is to help myself and others live a balanced life. The three factors that are important for a balanced life are: our mind, our body and the food and nutrition we intake. When there is complete order and control o these things and we master it... we start living life to the fullest.
