Pointlessly long fight scenes (especially a group cameo-ing all their special moves),
Injustice against sympathetic characters,
Incredibly clumsily contrived coincidences as part of plot (unless it's funny),
Using "cleverness" as an excuse for what is clearly omniscience,
People talking in ways that real people would never talk in,
Giving out embarrassing secrets about one's past to total strangers
Spending chapters and chapters gaining super powers and then not using them

I like: Stories that make sense logically (no unlampshaded plot holes).

I don't mind yaoi/yuri, but any shotacon or lolicon is disgusting (unless it's good!fic).

It's Shan Pu, not Xian. Why so hard to get right? If you want to use the original Chinese names in the first place, do your research first. Also, Mu Si and Ke Lun. I've seen people actually write Ko Lon, when the character Lon doesn't even exist in the Chinese language.

Shan Pu also means "mountain peaks", and is somewhat of a character joke by the author.

Rank: Chunin at point of death, Sp Jonin at 17 if she survives

Appearance: Long unbraided blue hair to her elbows, large dark eyes, short. Has kitty ears and a tail of the same colour as her hair.

Abilities:
Sharingan
One-tomoe in the left eye, two in the right. When she's looking closely at something, she tends to close her left eye and squint with the other.
Conceptual Deception (Gainen no Magen)
A genjutsu that draws on the target's preconceptions. The target experiences what they expect to happen, making it especially hard to break. Instead of requiring Kenko to maintain it, it fades when dispelled. Can be used with the Sharingan.
Sealing Amateur
Dabbles in seals as a hobby. Has the bad habits of getting distracted and adding mostly useless minor functions (let's add glitter!), never making notes on what seals do (oh, so that's where my old version of the Cat Seal went!) and troubleshooting defective designs via trial and error (oops - well, you can buy a new one?).
Personal seals:
Perpetual Illusion Seal (Eien Fuuin) - A seal that maintains a genjutsu. It can be pre-programmed to change on certain conditions. Can be dispelled.
Cat Seal (Neko Fuuin) - Two seals, one on the top of her head under her hair and the other on her tailbone. They maintain a genjutsu that makes her appear to be a catgirl. When dispelled, they reform quickly. A variant on the Perpetual Illusion Seal. Side-effect: The link to her brain that lets her move the ears and tail causes a mild feedback that makes her easily distractible. She makes up for this by memorising things with the Sharingan.
Kunai Throwing
She's pretty good at throwing kunai too.

Afflictions:
Sickly
Even though diagnosed with both asthma (zensoku) and anemia (hinketsu-shō), she persisted on becoming a ninja. She's thin and can't fight for a prolonged period of time.
Poor Self-Control
Because of the Seal, she's easily distracted by collectible things, such as glittery crystals, information, or identical bottles. She'll do almost anything to get them, short of spending lots of ryo.

Cat Lover
Why she made the Cat Seal. She feeds strays, but she can't keep any tame ones because of her job as a ninja.
Helpful
She'll drop whatever she's doing to offer advice to anyone in need.
Lesbian
She'll still flirt with guys, but not as much. Being touched by guys makes her nervous, though she tries to hide it.
Deadpan Liar
The way she talks (fast, cheerful, almost constantly smiling) doesn't change with what she's saying, to the extent that's hard to tell when she's being sarcastic.
