The Clarinet Kid: Lily is just like every other freshman in the North High School Band. But that all changes when Mr. Locke chooses her to join the Wind Ensemble. It was Lily's dream, but does she really want it? Things aren't always easy being "the kid". Roberto's constant criticism, Amanda's fighting, Bailey and Mary's sudden lack of friendship, and Mr. Locke's pressure make things almost unbearable for her. Is Wind Ensemble really worth it? Is it all it's made up to be? Does she really want to stay a member? Told in a collection of Songfics/narratives. Covers Lily's freshman year of high school band.

As a Staff member and Section Leader, she's convinced things can't go better. But what happens when the school year starts, and the section that means everything to her falls apart?
