L'accueil, mes amis! Well, originally I had some witty and interesting crap written here, but something happened and it's all gone. Woes. So now you're stuck with me being lazy on it ;D

I'm Apep, one of the two people on this account (The Khemetians). What are we, you ask? Why, we're merely two high school girls that enjoy writing -- primarily for Yu-Gi-Oh!. Now, why would a high school girl like Yu-Gi-Oh!, you ask? I don't know. Go ask the people in their twenties and thirties who write for this fandom as well. I am the corrupter, as it were ;D At least to my friend. Sorry, Sanura.

What pairings do I write for? Why, I write for my OTP, of course. The ever-lovely, unofficial canon-pairing known as Puzzleshipping. This pairing has been my main focal point since I started lurking on FanFiction awhile ago. However, while it is indeed my main pairing, I do write for some others, whether as side or main pairings. These pairings are as follows: Darkshipping, Polarshipping, Prideshipping, and Puppyshipping. I also write for their Egyptian counterparts, Blindshipping, Casteshipping, Scandalshipping and... Castleshipping, I believe.

Side pairings? Heartshipping, maybe-not-really-okay-not-at-all-unless-necessary-Wishshipping, Peachshipping (preferred when not Heartshipping), Bronzeshipping, Thiefshipping, Tendershipping... I guess Puppyshipping fits here more than not.

About me? I'm lazy.

Stuff I dislike? Most of the Yu-Gi-Oh! pairings, to be honest; especially the really weird ones. I also hate all pairings three-way pairings, including Mobiumshipping (the bane of my existence), Hikarishipping and Yamishipping. There are some other pairings I hate, but I won't go on...

... Tabloidshipping wtfh.

Hmm... I hate Twilight, House of Night, and those insufferable Mary-Sues that star in them, though I will admit Zoey is less annoying than Bella-Sue. I also hate, hate, hate Lady Gaga, and I don't give a damn what you think. And go ahead: I dare you to accuse me of being a homophobe. I dare you. Especially considering what I write.

Justine Beiber can also go to Hell, while I'm at it. He's more effeminate than my sister. And that's saying something.

I like my horror movies, thanks; especially Dawn of the Dead, though I consider that movie more humorous than not, simply because, well, there's a really fat Zombie that can run faster than some of my classmates. Look me straight in the eye and tell me you don't find that amusing. I don't mind Harry Potter, though it is by no means one of my favorite book series.

Fuck the OC-Titanic fics. They are all unoriginal and make me cry. Think you can prove me wrong? Find a romance one that's not Jack/Rose (or Tommy/That Italian Guy Whose Name I Can't Spell, thanks. Cute pairing, but they both die and I always end up sobbing, so stfu) and send it to me.

Hmm... I love Star Wars, games and all, though I think George Lucas needs to let it go. Seriously. That guy has a bigger ego than me.

Where did our account name come from? I owe that to another FanFiction writer. From her stories I found out that "Khemet" was actually what the Ancient Egyptians called Egypt (that and Tameri), so I thought it would fit.

Why thank-you Apep, I shall.

I am an elite athlete as well as a top grade high school student, who managed to get corrupted by my awesome friend, Apep --glomps--. She introduced me to writing, and helped me along the road to becoming an author to a couple of my own stories. So, no need to apologize my friend, no need to apologize. I am, in fact, the other one of two high school girls that enjoy writing YuGiOh. :P I say again, no need to apologize for the corruption, Apep.

I usually only write pairings I like/am interested in. Which include: the ever-confusing Puppyshipping (My #1 fav), Prideshipping, Arrogantshipping, and, when Mai isn't on my nerves, Polarshipping. I also like Thiefshipping, but I am not the greatest at writing it. In fact, my partner on this account far outdoes my knowledge, skill, and experience in writing. I am the pupil, who wishes she could someday be an awesome author :D

The things that interest me that might interest you are: The Lion King (favorite movie of all time), The Pirates of the Carribean, Romance and action stories, NINJAS! and poetry.

The things that I HATE (and I do mean hate) are: Meyerpires, Twilight freaks (the book wasn't even that good), Mary-Sues (though I do tend to create them from time to time), Lady Gaga (shoot me if you will), Kanye West (If you get called a jackass by the President, you've got problems, my friend), overly dramatic people, bitches who think they're better than everybody AND (last thing, I promise) gymnastics

My swimming and school does tend to interrupt my cyber-life, so I'm afraid I tend to leave things neglected for a while. Sometimes if I still find them interesting I'll finish them, if not, I'll leave them.

We are still planning out our fics, so just sit tight and wait in suspense as the Khemetians work our genius ninja brains :)
