![]() Author has written 2 stories for Okami. If you'll pardon my melodrama, I adore folklore, monsters, and culture more than life itself. It is a way of life, moreover. Observe the fairies in your life with respect and yearn with me, if you wish. I am Rae (rhymes with fae), if you desire to refer to me! I enjoy writing within the boundaries of my most intense hyperfixations, but have much trouble motivating my inner fire and thus pass things off as they flow. I enjoy taking up ironic subject matters and twisting them into some form of dark humor, as respectfully as I may. My sense of humility and silliness is hopefully enriching enough to catch on in some way or another, for I see it as a highly personal challenge to write perhaps not the most creative or satisfying works, but the most scalding rebukes I can. I am an inward, critical, and judgmental person deep down. It certainly has helped me cognitively distort things to my own whims, cutting a personal edge in whatever project I decide to involve myself with. My mainstays are Okami and Hakaba Kitaro, but I could possibly be overcome by an urge to write things from any other iteration of the GeGeGe no Kitaro franchise, Hozuki no Reitetsu, or Dororo. My favorite cereal is time loops. I'm picky about what I read but I'm obsessed with time travel, particularly of the psychological and spiritually vexing flavor. I also like to depict psychedelic, spiritual prose in my own works, where metaphors aren't trivial but they're absolutely unnecessary. Such a frustrating writer I am! Feel free to contact me. I don't bite. If you don't have anything to say, that's fine, but feedback could initiate a delightful dance one day! Especially give me a message or comment if you wish to translate, create a side story, or whatever, with a work I have. I'd like to know what I've made you think about, too. I assure, I put a lot of effort and thought into my works because I mean to provoke people. Follow my mischief sometime, eh? Currently I am most actively sharing my works on AO3. I have no specific upload schedule, my apologies. I may remedy this in the future if I improve my daily structure. My current project is a dark but also lighthearted Hakaba Kitaro centric series called, "The Truth is, Nobody Actually Cares!" |
