Nick and Judy, partners/best friends, are assigned a case that holds the key to unlocking a dark, sinister criminal organization, but when things go horribly wrong they must deal with the consequences and their feelings for each other.

A power lost and found, born from the destruction of an entire system and cast into darkness to keep it from the clutches of those who would abuse it. So powerful it was, that the power split itself as two. The raw energy and the limiter. Now two souls must work as one in body and mind to stave off the forces that threaten to destroy their home for the sake of power.

She can finally reach closure for the tragic loss when the decision is made to recover Nick's body, still laying where it fell in an abandoned Arctic prison. But nothing is ever as it seems, and even harsher times lay ahead.
