Brief description of what The Legion's Story is...

Who are we?

If we are to be confronted with that question, most of us would most likely and definitely say "we don't know". Others would choose to answer it with a highly misleading answers. Those answers are most likely be "Experts", or "Specialist". Some of us would say "We are the specialist". Some even lied completely, or try to change the subject. Whatever answers each of us choose if asked by such question, we try our best to NEVER speak of the truth.

So, who are we?

We don't know. What?, we really have no idea, at least I don't. Forgive me, you must be really confused right now. You know what's even more confusing? The fact that I just fail at answering that question by breaking the golden rule, NEVER speak of the truth. My truth, is that I don't know the answer to that. Of course, after saying all that, I could just simply... lie.

We're not getting anywhere here, sorry. Let's start again.

Who are we?

Excellent question. Answering such question however, proofs rather difficult. It's not that we don't know, rather, I'm having a hard time putting this up in the simplest form in order to ease the explanation.

Hmm... let me think. Ah, yes.

I may not be able to tell you who we are, but a man once told me;

"We are those who stays behind the curtain, who made it all possible, who made the show kept on running. We live by our own simple rules. We are not allowed to change the story of the show, no matter we loved it to change. Whether a character dies or lives, suffer or not to suffer, happy ending or bad ending, we can only observe from behind the stage. We have one very simple task, keeping the show clean from ANY outside interference. If an upset audience trying to ruin the show, it's our job to stop him. If the show however, decided to run itself to the ground, it is not withing our obligation to fix it. It's a small thing, but it's not how small the job is, rather, how important the job is. We may not receive the heartwarming applause the actors get, or any of the well deserved credits for all our efforts. People may not remember us, or even forget about us. It doesn't matter, for knowing that we kept the show going, knowing we can still observe the show well hidden behind the curtain, knowing that feeling alone is enough for us. It may seems a bit unfair, but no one said it's going to be fair. That's how this world works, and for a reason. If the almighty created this world with all of its fairness, we might just called it heaven."

That man happens to be my boss. Yea, I know, it's a bit long and preachy, but he is a great man, the man who runs our little band of forgotten heroes.

Right, heroes, that's what we call ourselves to make us feel better about ourselves. That's now what we are. When asked if we're the good guys, we simply say no. When asked if we're the bad guys, we simply say no. If we are asked about our position in a war between good and evil, we, well I would say we're somewhere in the middle, might be leaning a bit towards the good side.

Anyway, he, my boss, has a point. I get it, I understand. We didn't do what we do so that good can triumph against evil, light over darkness, or any of that. We fight so that the good can keep on fighting evil, light to keep on fighting the darkness. That's our job, and that's our purpose. I, we don't expect you to understand what we do or any of my methods, we only expect you to understand why we're doing what we do.

Not only that, we don't mind if we didn't receive any credits at all, after all you don't know what we did that makes us important. Based on that statement "We are those who stays behind the curtain", we have grown to a rather secretive organization, which works favorably for us. Of course that being sad, that doesn't mean I can't make us, at least some of my colleague exposed to the credits they thoroughly deserves.

So I came to this site, and through this account, we'll share some of our story. That of course, brings us back to the vaguely answered question...

Who are we?

I can proudly say; we are The Legion, and this are our stories...

Of course, after saying all that, I could just simply... LIE.
