I'm a college student with a major in Creative Writing, hoping to make a career out of writing someday. Fanfiction is a hobby of mine that I sometimes dabble in when I feel like the original source material doesn't have enough manly smut in it. Are you ever going to update The Simplest Story Ever Told/Curiosity Killed the Cat?

To be honest with you, probably not. I kind of fell out of love with the Naruto fandom quite some time ago. I just don't enjoy the series as much as I used to. As such, I'm pretty behind on my Naruto lore and I feel like everything I write would be hella outdated. That's not to say don't expect any Naruto fanfiction from me ever again, but...yeah actually that's pretty much it. It's not out of the realm of possibility, but don't expect it.

Why don't you update very often?

I have a busy life and a lot of conflicting hobbies, and fanfiction isn't top on my list of priorities. When I'm not writing things required for school, I prefer to write original fiction, and fanfiction comes somewhere down the line. Also, World of Warcraft tends to eat up most of my spare time.

Can you write me a fic with X pairing/event/etc?

99% of the time the answer is no. Out of principle, I don't do requests and I especially don't do demands. If you have an idea that I think is interesting, I might adopt it, but really, why would you ask me when you could be writing it yourself? More people should write creatively, and the only way to get there is practice, I promise you.

You keep saying you want critiques, but you don't really want critiques, do you?

No, I pretty much always really want more critiques. Constructive critiques are the fuel that runs my writing life. A critique will always be infinitely more helpful than "OMG great fic can't wait for update!"
