Fav. Shows/Animes: Of course, my first favorite anime is Inuyasha. The characters all act believable and are incredibly complex for their time period, Kagome is extremely mature especially. If I found myself in a old-style Korea in the 1500s, I would pretty much run around like an idiot screaming. Others are as follows: Rurouni Kenshin (Cartoon Network had to take it off air cause of the blood and violence, curse them!), Battlestar Galactica (2003), and the old Looney Toons (they were the best...til CN had to take it off the air. Why? Got old that's why!). And a whole bucha others I'm too lazy to mention.

Fav. Movies: Tae Guk Gi: Hwinalrimyeo (I swear, this movie beats Saving Pvt. Ryan by a zillion miles. It made me cry like a baby.), Welcome to Dongmakgol (this movie has an innocent theme to it and the music is soo beautiful! It also made me cry.), Gongdong Gyeongbi Guyeok JSA (4 soldiers end up as friends...), Heaven's Soldiers (Heh, funny and dramatic Korean movie. Lots of action, humor, and sadness.), The Alien Quadrilogy (a universe where the good guys don't always win), The Matrix Trilogy (kick-A gunfights)... and that's it?

Fav. Songs: Anything by Kim Kwang-Seok, Tae Guk Gi: Hwinalrimyeo OST, Welcome to Dongmakgol OST, Inuyasha songs, Guilty Gear music (cuz it's rock). The BLACK theme, and... countless others. American rap and pop I hate with a passion, (lyrics are so dirty, nothing but sex, violence, drugs. Gross.) I also luv DJMAX! Anything by Miya, JC, or So Fly is instant win. Several others are: "I Love You" by Jewelry, "Essa Maneira" by Kaoma, "Whur Ha Yeun Seo" (Chun Rhang Yhul Jhun game Theme) by soundTeMP.

Fav. Manhwa: Park Sung-Woo's "Chun Rhang Yhul Jhun", "NOW", and "Zero The Beginning". The first two are big Korean epics on the Goguryeo Dynasty in Korea, with martial arts, swords, and overall badassnezz! The last is a bittersweet drama set in a 1960s Japan, following the tale of two siblings on the run. The artwork surpasses any Japanese manga art I have ever seen. Park's artwork is simple looking, yet capitiving in it's own way. Seriously. Add that with the tons of historical and legendary references often found in Korean manhwa (and not in Japanese manga) and not as much violence with heavy perversion, and Korean manhwa wins out top! I think original characters added to a story are really interesting. As long as they aren't the main focus of the story (there are some exceptions), aren't some long-lost sibling or lover of a canon character, or fall in love with a canon character.

Things that Miff me with a Passion

Mary Sues/Gary Stus, crossover parings (you won't believe how many YYH/IY, Nar/IY, and HP/IY pairings I found. Ugh.) sick and messed up pairings (this includes yaoi, yuri, and incest. Remember that!), ALL lemons without plot (throws up), all lemons with sick and messed up pairings with them, really absurd plot twists, the cliche and fanon "Mark and Mate" thing (gets two DEagles out and empties them out at a random Mary Sue), and the Japanese government (GOVERNMENT ONLY, people are good... mostly.). Why?

Let's put it this way: Nazi Germany apologized for what they did to the Jewish people and others. USA and rest of Europe is happy. Imperial Japan DID NOT apologize to the Chinese and Koreans and EVERY other Asian country they almost killed off. USA and rest of world thus gives "the finger" to Asia, allowing Japan's corrupt government run amok. This IS the pure truth people. NO LIES. Even today many Chinese and Koreans feel deep hatred toward the Japanese because of this. But hey, hate causes more hate. I feel either of two things WILL happen: China will become the next superpower, team up with Korea, and own the Japanese if they attempt to do something evil. Or: Japan will forgive China and Korea (plus every other Asian country they just about killed) and everything will be peaceful... I seriously hope it's the 2nd one, cuz I don't wanna DIE! And I also believe the Japanese can be better people, they're human too!

Rant 1 (AKA sick pairings with graphic smut) To all authors who do this: SHAME ON YOU! Inu/Sess? Good God, NO! They're brothers for Christ sake! I don't mind brotherly fluff but sex? Ugh, some authors are really desperate. Inu/Koga? OMFG, they hate each other's guts! And they compete over the same girl, Kagome. Sess/Kag? DON'T. MAKE. ME. LAUGH. I can see the two as friends but lovers? Ugh, lemme explain. First, Sesshoumaru tried to kill Kagome. That's right, the "oh-soo-sexy" youkai tried to kill her. KILL HER! Second, he usually ignores her and doesn't bother with her. Third, he "hates" Inuyasha and makes fun of him for having a human girlfriend. The reason I use girlfriend instead of "mate" is because Inu never says Kags is his "mate" in the manga nor anime. Ha, pwn3d!

Rant 2 (AKA The "Marking and Mate" Thing) Sigh, once again I must rant like Foamy the Squirrel and dispel the arguments over this once and for all. This "mark and mate" thing has been around for God knows how long. Some say it's true, some false. Well, here's the truth. The "Mark and Mate" thing is completely and utterly... -drum roll-

False.

All who insisted it was fake. Rejoice and break out t3h b33r.

All who insisted it was true. Humiliation and h4Xxorz!

Here are my reasons on why the "mark n' mate" is fake.

1st, I think that youkai are MUCH more civilized than that. I mean, Inuyasha biting Kags on her neck or somewhere else, like the breast for you perverts out there?! That is extremely barbaric, even to a youkai. Not even Inupapa did that to Izayoi. They would NEVER do that. It's like trying to commit rape! 2nd, Inu saying, "My Kagome." or "My mate.", then becoming feral? ZOMGWTFBBQ!? That's like Inuyasha forcing Kagome become his sex slave! Wow, people really try hard to make youkai seem like barbarians (which is actually true in Japanese mythology but who cares? I like Rumiko's spin on it better.). 3rd, a demon becoming feral just out of lust? Not blood-lust, I meant love-lust. I honestly think youkai can keep their feral sar-ghi under control, unless they're very young of course. I like to think of a youkai's youki (no pun intended) as a rage or survival mode, it makes a crapload more sense. Another reason, I think that youkai are civilized enough to be like present day humans, not like samurai or knights-scratch that. I think they ARE more civilized than us. -coughIraqWarcough- You know the "Hi, I really like you, wanna be my date?" or "Will you marry me?" -holds out engagement ring- After that, here comes the bride!

And THE final Number 1 reason is...

No evidence AT ALL in the manga nor anime.

There, I'm done. Happy? Good! No? Go away.

Things I have no opinion on

Other people's fanfictions. I mean, everybody is entitled to their opinion, so why do some people try to change it? Or worse, get all defensive and sh!7 whenever somebody criticizes it? And by criticize I mean, CONSTRUCTIVE. Not some "Boo! U suxx!" bullshit. They don't have a right to change a person's opinion on what they like. I'm a very firm believer of that.

The Things I Love

Canon pairings (like Inu/Kag or Mir/San! wOOt!), very good original characters (the ones with complex emotions and motives, NEVER falls in love with a canon char.), music (who doesn't), anime, war movies and shows (like Tae Guk Gi: Hwinalrimyeo), Guilty Gear (insane fight-style with rock music), BLACK, and the Brothers In Arms series! The COD4 RPD machine gun. Pepero and Choco-pie. Mmm...

Sess/Kagura (as long as it's not true romance... sorta like friendly fluff)

Inu/any other female character: No. Inuyasha loves Kagome. -takes out MG42 machine gun- UNDERSTAND?!

Inu/incest or any male: No. Just NO!

Kags/any female: Are you outta your fruckin' minds? -steals nuclear bomb- Apparently, I am. Heh,heh... gonna f~ly.

IY/with OCs: Good God, is it the end of mankind as we know it!? -accidentally drops a virus vial- ...Oops.

Last IY Update: It's over. The series ended in Japan about sometime last week. And about the ending, I was very disappointed in the way it was executed. Kagome lives happily ever after with Inuyasha. First of all, that gives birth to the "All of this has happened before, and it will happen again" line of Battlestar Galactica. And second, it felt too rushed, too incomplete. All the other characters (like Sesshy mom for example) was completely ignored. It only focused on Inuyasha and Kagome. That's it. Overall, a very pathetic ending. It was extremely cut out and most likely a cop-out on Rumiko's part. But then again...when you have over 550ish chapters of pure mindlessness, it tends to get confusing.

Oh well.

Kim Moon-Seok (South Korean Jindo kae youkwe)/Kyoul Myo-Yeong (North Korean combat android). More later.

Distinct Features about the two: Moon-Seok has blood red eyes and Myo-Yeong has metal earblades and two peach-colored wires that come out of the base of her back neck.

Random Note: The Jindo kae is a dog similar in appearance to the Akita inu (which a cousin of the Jindo). This dog is a native Korean dog so my OC is not an Akita inu, he's Jindo. But I say, both dogs are the cutest things EVER to walk the planet.

Lee Myeong-il (Korean Gear) and Lee Su-Hwa (Korean human). Not really a couple...but they're cute siblings. That counts, right? RIGHT?! I swear to frakkin' gods, they aren't that...

It's a story about a couple of Koreans who are messed up in the head and love to tease a girl with bouts of randomness and DJMAX. To the point, it's a love story about one race of people separated in two by guns, bombs, and politics...
