My personal take on Michaela and Sully's wedding night and honeymoon, based on the tiny clues left in the show, showing the evolution of their relationship, on both physical and emotional levels. *Warning* I've tried to be realistic and coherent, while avoiding crude descriptions. Sister Ruth and Kid Cole wonder what it would've been like if they'd met when they were younger. Set in 1828. Although it's an AU story, some of the folks of Colorado Springs will make appearances.

Sister Ruth is staying with Michaela and Sully after Kid Cole's death. She pits herself against old and new enemies when she feels that the Lord is calling her to bring salvation to the Indians. One thing is for sure, Colorado Springs' citizens will never be the same again.

Slightly AR. It's 1867. Michaela, engaged to Captain David Lewis, travels to join him where he is stationed in Arizona. Once there, she meets the enigmatic Lieutenant Byron Sully and has to make the first of many choices - settle for what her mother deems a 'good match'...or risk everything for love. Don't worry, Colorado Springs does come into play later in the story.

This story is set few years after Emma leaves town, leaving Matthew heartbroken. He thinks that he will never love again...can somebody from the past change that? What would happen if Atlantis came back in Colorado Springs... and in Matthew's life?

A one-shot missing scene, written by request. The final scene at the end of Giving Thanks, where Michaela and Sully gaze at each other in the rain...did you wish they had kissed, or at least said, "I love you"? I sure did. This is my way of making that happen...in a way. LOL. Hope you enjoy.

This is my interpretation of them making a stop to rest on the way, to warm up, talk, & reconnect. There is a love scene, but not over the M rating. Hope you enjoy.
