After an intervention by Jack Walker and Jeremie Belpois, Ash finds himself on the rooftop of an abandoned factory in France... in the 3rd Dimension! Next thing he knows, he's on a quest with "warriors" from the seven dimensions of the Universe to stop XANA and other dark beings from destroying the dying Time Stream and pulling the Universe into oblivion... and those living in it with them! A multi-crossover featuring Pokemon and Code Lyoko.

Everything is going well with their reunion... until Matt saves Inez from being run over by a car. As the car crashes into a street light, Matt defies gravity by back-flipping over the moving object while holding tightly onto Inez. The strangest part? Matt doesn't remember any of it. Several life-threatening incidents later, Jackie and Inez discover two shocking news: 1) The Hacker himself has decided to form an alliance with the Cybersquad and 2) their greatest common enemy is the one that planted a reforming virus into Matt during his absence. In a race against time, the Cybersquad searches for the cure - as well as the one who took Matt away in the first place - before Matt's soul completely disappears, leaving nothing but a lifeless body with only the purpose of living and killing those who get in his way.
