The small mountain town of South Park has gone to complete shit. After many life changing events, many friendships were destroyed. Teenagers are hellbent on killing one another and no one is quite sure of why. No one aside from a certain Kevin Stoley.

After Kenny McCormick had reached his sophomore year in South Park High School, he and all of his childhood friends had been diagnosed with mental illnesses. Something seemed quite strange, though. They can't all be mentally ill...can they? Depression, Schizophrenia...it just didn't add up.
