My name is Jen, short for Jennifer. I can't stand being called Jenni. Ugh!

I am currently 29 years old, and have decided I am not going to turn 30 next year, yup I'm boycotting 30.

I have two beautiful daughters Randi, who is 5 and Reese who is 1. They are the joys of my life and bring me much happiness and laughter.

I probably don't look like your typical mom. My hair is almost black with crazy purple streaks laced throughout. It's subtle, but fun! I work for an investment firm, so I still have to keep it 'classy'. As much as a person can with purple hair! :) I figure, just because I'm a mom, doesn't mean I can't still be stylish in my 20's (where I will remain). I have a very bubbly personality, and figure people will either like me, or they won't. It doesn't really matter because I am who I am and that's that. :)

I am a huge Van Morrison fan, so for those who haven't heard his music, I encourage you to. It's so deep and I find it's always a good way to let my mind take a break from the norm. I love his soulful and inspiring, take me away tunes...He serenades me on my i-pod quite often. :)

I started reading the Twilight Series in the beginning of December 2008, and have been hooked since. I think I've gotten almost every girl I know to read it, if they hadn't already. I love coming on here and twilightarchives.com (my home place to read) and find Twilight worthy reads that remain faithful to the wonderful universe Stephenie Meyer has created for us. Therefore, I only like to read canon, original pairings, you get the hint. Once in awile, I'll come across one that gives me a great laugh that might not be totally true to character, but still, I'm VERY picky about my reads (you can find all my favs at twilightarchives.com).

I am currently working on my own fanfic, my first I must say. Also, have a great idea for a short fic. Not sure when I will get the first chapter posted as I have little time to spare since I'm a mom. But I believe my storyline is quite interesting, so we shall see...
