04.13.15: Over the past year-ish, I've gotten a lot of comments and feedback which have now transitioned into little pms letting me know people are still waiting. You really don't know how much it means to me that you guys still remember this story. As for a status update, I'm currently typing one-handed. I was in a pretty serious accident which spectacularly messed up my hands, back, and...well, just about everything else attached to my brain. One hand is usable again, while the other is a slow work in progress. I tried one of those speech-to-text things, but for my writing it didn't work out well. (Plus for a while talking itself proved difficult.) I'm working on finding a way to work with this vessel rather than against it so that my mind doesn't overload with the stories I want to tell. So I'm in the process of watching the series once again, working on my outline for this story as well as the one with which I intended to follow this, making little adjustments here and fixes there, etc.

What can I say? Life is a blessing and a bitch; one pays for the other. In the end I'm lucky for both.
