A girl is pulled from Hell after 7 years. She finds her way to the Winchesters with the help of the demon Meg. The Darkness is pulling the world apart, and the girl's bracelet holds clues on how to stop her from destroying everything. Dean helps her find herself and what it means to find power in others.

The Impala breaks down on a backroad in Texas in July. The a/c broke and the tow truck can't get to until tomorrow. The boys strip to their boxers because of the heat. They lay on a blanket in the shadow of the Impala. Unable to take the teasing anymore, they jump each other. Sam will never admit he broke the a/c on purpose and Dean will never admit that he knew.

Dean takes Cass to teach him to be a hunter. Dean tried to find out if Cass had any interest in him, the way he had. The case was a demon. Cass killed her when she was of no use. Cass pinned Dean to the Impala and then bound his hands in the back seat. Cass gets Dean off with some breath play that he learned Dean liked from the demon. Dean needed more hunting trips with Cass.

Dean, back from Hell for a month is having nightmares and hallucinations. Sam wants them to stop so he take African Dream Root. Sam walks through Dean's memories of Hell. Truths come out that have been buried and Sam stops the demon in Dean's head. When they wake, Dean jumps Sam and forces delayed orgasms on the both of them. The realize what they needed: the truth and each other.

When Sam and Dean get to Heaven they realize their paradise is shared, making them soulmates. Their paradise isn't exactly what they expected. Cass hints to them that there are secrets and they share things they kept hidden for a long time. They share their first time in a big beautiful bed.

Dean has been trying to get a hold of Castiel for weeks. Cass doesn't check his voicemails. When he finally does show up, Dean is pissed. He ties Cass to the bed and has his way with him but they only have a few minutes before Sam comes back.

Dean gets hurt bad during a hunt when he took off without Sam. Sam needed Cass in order to save Dean's life. Sam realizes he almost lost Dean and that is his worst nightmare. He tells Dean that he is in love with him. Dean reacts by telling him he's been in love with Sam since before he left for college. This is their first time together.

Dean and Sam go to a Halloween party. The irony of their costumes is not lost on them. Sam think's Dean looks incredibly hot in a suit so Dean fucks him in it. Happy Halloween.
