Hi. I am new to fan fiction - only read a couple of stories- but it is intriguing. A relative of mine thinks that writing fan fiction, where much of the background is established, will help cure my mundane writer's block.

I hate house cleaning.

I read anything- egg cartons, any genre, my friends' and relatives'fiction, even the phone book when I am bored enough.

I am related to two authors on fan fiction, but they want the connection kept a dark secret. Makes me wonder what a light secret is?
