I began writing my first story in 2011, more or less for fun. I'd read a P&P fan fiction story I'd really enjoyed and thought, "I think I can do that!" I was mostly writing for myself at first, having fun with the characters and developing the plot. After writing about 20 chapters, I finally decided to do something with them, and so I took a chance and searched for a beta (or three), and kept writing...and that's how my first story, Dance the Tide, and my little JAFF addiction were born.

My preference has always been to read/write fan fiction based on Pride and Prejudice. Something about the love story of Fitzwilliam Darcy and Elizabeth Bennet always keeps me coming back for more. After Dance the Tide came An Old Acquaintance, a short story I wrote for the Playground Forum (at the fan fiction site called A Happy Assembly) when the theme was 'Blah Humbug.' After readers demanded a happy ending for that particular Darcy and Elizabeth, I followed it up with a part two called Renewing Old Acquaintances. After that came two more full-length stories, Sanctuary and An Unexpected Harvest.

Due to a rash of story thefts, and the recent issue of someone offering PDFs/copies of stories without authors' knowledge and consent, I have decided to pull my stories from the internet. I plan to publish Sanctuary in late 2019 or early 2020, and hope to follow it with Dance the Tide and An Unexpected Harvest.
