Author has written 1 story for Yu Yu Hakusho.

Wow... pretty general, huh?

Anyway, I'm a girl. I'm not going to put my age (because that requires a certain amount of upkeep), but if you talk to me for any amount of time, you can probably guess it. I am highly intelligent (or so my mom tells me), and am looking to become a biologist/sociologist/zoologist (tall order, I know). Education and the ability to speak well are extremely important to me, so when I read stories on this website they have at least one of two qualities:
1.) the plot is very well developed and interesting, or
2.) It is extremely well written and the person is very well spoken.
To be honest, it really annoys me when there is little or no substance to what people say. I know that I'm not the most well-spoken person out there, but that isn't to say that I don't try. I once knew a boy who spent 15 minutes trying to say (although he failed) that he dislikes Taylor Swift because he thought that the only reason why she is famous is a group mentality that formed when one person said, and honestly meant, that he or she liked Taylor Swift. And because he could not articulate that fact, he verbally attacked by a group of people who were underthinking what he was saying. It was sad... Like a kitten trying to thrash its way out of a wet paper bag.

Okay, so I realize that last little paragraph was pretty serious, and I kind of come off as a perfectionist bitch (yes, I realize it. Does that make it worse or better?), but I'm really not. Well, I kind of am a perfectionist, and a bitch, too, now that I think about it, but those are not my defining qualities (they're more of minor annoyances that manifest when I try to sum myself up, because I do know what I want and I don't want anyone to misunderstand those things). I am ambitious and loyal, and I will ALWAYS make time to help my friends or follow through with a promise. I am not a showy person, which is part of the reason why I come off as so serious. For example, I HATE PDAs (they're too showy, and I think they speak more to possesing a person than loving them), and I see no point in having posters of bands or other things I like because I could just tell someone that I like those things. There are other things I could do to to explain what I like and what I don't like, and I really hate it when people give me an attitude about not being "super-duper pumped up!!!".

Things I like:

Anime:
Yu Yu Hakusho (my all-time favorite!)
Inu Yasha (though the manga is better)
Axis Power Hetalia
Wolf's Rain (I watched the whole series in a couple of days because my best friend bought the DVDs, and we watched an anime marathon while I was at her house for several days straight. That was a run-on sentence, I know.)
I can't think of any more right now (simply because I'm TRYING to think of them), but I might update this list in the future.

T.V.:
NCIS (My favorite show)
Glee (I watch it with my mom, so it's kind of like our bonding thing)
Tyra (I'm watching it right now, so it's in my mind. She's so self-absorbed it's hilarious XD)
House (I love House. Something about him...)
Horders (It's nice to see there are other people with bigger problems than me. Mean, I know, but at least I'm honest)
Being Human (I really like it. The guy who plays Aiden is hot, and Josh's character is cute and sweet. I like the whole "awkward guy" persona)

Movies:
Zombieland (I just saw it recently, and really liked the story. It was something about the kick-ass-iness of a zombie movie combined with the sweetness of a love story)
The Hangover (It was just funny as hell)
Alice in Wonderland (I like all of them except the black and white silent one. I recently learned more about Lewis Carrol, and it kind of ruined it for me a little. I think I'll get over it eventually, though, so it's still on my list)
Right America: Feeling Wronged (Yep. That's right! I'm a documentary girl! I love them, but I don't tend to like Republicans. That's not to say that I hate all Republicans. In fact, I'm friends with many of them, it's just that we fight constantly about politics because we're all so opinionated! I just generally don't like Republican representatives (especially Bush). That's enough of politics, though. Politics piss me off sooo badly.)
Sicko (I really learned a lot from it, including the fact that America's health care system is almost as bad as Cuba's, despite the fact that Cuba is a third-world country. It's another documentary, but it was so interesting! I would seriously suggest seeing it)
I'm getting tired of writing about movies, especially since I can't think of all the ones that I like, let alone list my very favorites.

I like most Shakespeare, The Tragedy of Julius Caesar being my very favorite. I have a dwarf hamster named Julius Caesar. It's a girl. But there were other reasons I named her that, not just that I like the play. But I digress. I don't particularly like Romeo and Juliet, though. Hamlet is wonderful, too. I laugh so hard every time I read it.

What I'm most likely to write fanfics about:

Yu Yu Hakusho
Maybe a little APH, we'll see.

Well, as you can see, I'm bad at explaining myself without a prompt. If you want to get to know me, just talk to me. It's easier for us both that way, and you'll get a better sense of what I'm all about.
