Each Holmes brother has found a woman –one woman –who really matters. For Sherlock, it's Irene Adler. For Mycroft, it's Anthea. Pre-romance, but can be read as romance .

There was something very wrong. The way he acted. The way he lied. If Ten displayed his darkness near the end, driven by that rabid terror that all feel when facing death, maybe Eleven did, too. But maybe it was quieter. And deadlier. And so much scarier.
