March 27, 2018 update: Chapter 9 of The Sparrow Suite is now posted!

Hello! Like many readers/writers on Fanfiction, I am a huge Harry Potter fan, and have been ever since the first film came out in 2001. I like Fanfiction because it allows us as readers and writers to explore the nearly improbable situations that didn't exist in J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter world. While I do like Harry and Hermione stories, I'm also quite fond of Charlie Weasley and Hermione stories as well. I have since posted my first story, entitled "Nocturnal" that deals with Hermione taking job within the Ministry of Magic, and growling closer to Charlie. This is a love story, but also has action and a fair bit of mystery. If it interests you, check it out!

While I have read quite a bit of Charlie/Hermione stories, a lot of them deals with the two having a one-night stand, or the pair of them drinking one night, and then sleeping with one another. Of course, there is nothing wrong with those stories, but I feel that Charlie is so underutilized...when you think about it, he could make a great partner for Hermione. That's why my story does not deal with these certain plot points, but instead, delves into the building of their eventual relationship throughout the course of my story. The inspiration for my story comes from a story titled "Games are Afoot" by Grumpy Grizzly, which was my very first fanfiction story I ever read, and remains one of my favorites.
