Right then. l recently decided to get an account on this here website in order to stop my mates bugging me about leaving them reviews. So, I thought while I was at it I might as well make a few things clear.

Firstly, just to get it out of the way. Slash is not my forte. There will be little, to no pairings, swappings or citrus fruits of any kind.

Secondly, profanity is what it is. I will try to avoid taking anyone's name in vain. Being a fangirl, I may upon occasion use various actor's names as words to swear by, if only for the entertainment value, but that's about as far as that will go. Any scurvy words will be limited to necessary components of the setting, used only when it is actually within a character's, well, character to use it. Shock value is over-rated.

Thirdly, I write for fun. Really. I may add bits and pieces in homage to current events, but they are not meant to be taken as super-politicized propaganda. Any tie-ins to real events are for fun or are completely unintentional. If I write about a prank, that does not mean you should go out and try it. (Yes, this has happened.)

Next(you thought i was going to say fourth, didn't you? :) I'm primarily a poet. If my prose gets too flowery, let me know, but don't flame me, the only reason I write anything else is because poetry doesn't sell (can i get a shout out, poets?) and is read mostly at funerals, which makes it depressing. I do need to cheer myself up now and then, but sometimes my stuff gets dark and by dark I mean pitchfork-black. Fair warning.

Lastly, I really haven't got much else to say. Be nice children, and I'll be nice back, so 'till we meet again.
