Ever wondered how Thranduil got the idea for Legolas's name? Here is my version of what happened that includes magic and a bit of time travel. It all started two days before the journey to Mordor with two pesky hobbits getting ahold of Gandalf's staff, wanting to play 'wizards' for a moment. This all backfires and Legolas ends up sent to a time where all the elf Lords, are children

During the events in the Mines Of Moria, Legolas is gravely wounded trying to protect Frodo from the cave troll. Lothlorien is far and Aragorn fears for his companion's life. Frodo takes Legolas's wounding and Gandalf's death upon himself while Aragorn, knowing the pain regret and guilt can cause, attempts to comfort Frodo and explain that the events in Moria are not his fault.

A series of one-shots involving Legolas and/or Aragorn. Pain will be experienced, fun will be had, and much, much more! Please read the author's note at the beginning for more imporant information.

What starts off as a fun challenge between Thranduil and Legolas, takes a dark turn. When the Evil outside of the Elvenking's Halls makes its way inside, Legolas finds himself in a fight for his Life. (No Slash. Some violence.)

Gimli really wants to play quiditch. And Legolas just wants to move freely without his father breathing down his back. Luckily, Hogwarts will always be there to welcome them home.

The Fellowship is broken. With Merry and Pippin taken, Legolas, Aragorn and Gimli go into the kingdom of Men - Rohan. Legolas tries to trust them and win with his fear, but will it be enough?

After the longest winter of their lives, Legolas and Gimli - more weary and more damaged than ever before - return to Minas Tirith so that they might continue their interrupted plans with Aragorn. Instead they get waylaid, try their hand at investigating a murder and get dragged once more into danger and intrigue. Mystery and humour, friendship... just as always.

Legolas, unused to leadership and the ways of Gondor, struggles to find his feet in the midst of Aragorn's politically tense city. When communication goes astray, someone unexpected helps to bring them back together.

It is said in the books that Aragorn was a bit fearful when Legolas went into elvish sleep. Perhaps a few decades of surprises from the elf made Aragorn have this paranoia. Gimli takes the opportunity to help the sulking ranger be free from his guilt and to get back at Legolas-by sitting on him. No slash.

"Legolas believed everything was a friend until it proved otherwise, while Thranduil was more inclined to think everyone an enemy until proven friend." Given his son's track record, perhaps Thranduil should not be surprised by his son's news following the War of the Ring.

This is the story of that elfling, Legolas Thranduilion, adopted son of King Thranduil, told through one and two-shots.

Sequel to "Tainted." With the threat now behind them, Thranduil, Elrond, and their families look forward to healing and life returning to normal in Imladris. But hatred runs deep. Gimli, son of Gloin was bored, and when dwarves get bored, it usually involved a lot of pranking. Or more specifically, pranking Legolas the elf.

A what-if oneshot: In the scene in RotK where Pippin held the palantir, what if Legolas had grabbed it out of his hands instead of Aragorn? Hurt/comfort and some light angst, as well as a good heaping of Aragorn and Legolas friendship and bromance. I just can't get enough of it.

Now into Part II: Following the disastrous events of Amon Hen, a desperate Aragorn unwillingly sends a badly wounded Legolas, with Gimli at his side, to Edoras in an effort to save him. But there are venomous snakes writhing in the tall grasses of Rohan, and Edoras might not prove to offer the salvation the ranger seeks. AU, non slash.

Legolas goes to Rivendell for the first time in order to attend the annual spring festival as well as to strengthen ties with Rivendell for Mirkwood. There, he meets Elladan and Elrohir, also called the "Trickster Twins" of Rivendell and who are 100% determined to break the prince's icy, secretive facade...but will this trip prove to have more to give than friendship?

AU- A "what if" scenario in which Aragorn and Gimli hunt urk-hai while Legolas follows Frodo and Sam. How would the fate of Middle Earth be changed by the choices of one elf? Will the hobbits trust again after the betrayal of Boromir? How will a wood-elf survive in Mordor?

The Three Hunters have a day out. Aragorn is perturbed, Gimli gets a bit drunk, Legolas is Legolas :) Plotless friendship fluff with a cameo by out favourite horse lord, closing the birthday celebrations for The Silence in the Song. Third of the three, very fun to write, hope you all enjoy.

One-shot. While Aragorn is healing minds and bodies within Minas Tirith, Legolas and Gimli give aid without. Legolas is also of a line of kings and grants what healing he can to the wounded Rohirrim with the aid of King Eomer while Gimli seeks for survivors. The elf and the dwarf have a contest to see who can save the most rather than killing the most.

AU GoF. SLASH. On his way to the Undying Lands with Gimli, Legolas' ship is sucked in by a whirl pool. The next time he awakes he's younger and in a new land. He holds a new heartbeat. No longer connected to his home world of Arda, but to the wizard Harry Potter. Inheritances, magical beasts, and the triwizard tournament rock the boat further.

An injury to Legolas at Ravenhill results in more father-son interaction than the movie was willing to grant. AU for the end of BoFA, just a oneshot. Enjoy!

AU. After the Fellowship has settled in to camp at Parth Galen, Legolas seeks out and confronts Boromir about his lust for the Ring. After the struggle is resolved, a new set of problems comes about.
