When Spock discovers Kirk is pregnant with his child, he doesn't believe Kirk is responsible enough to raise it and plans to assume full custody. Extreme AU femkirk!

During an evacuation from a disputed planet Dr. Leonard McCoy is presumed dead and left behind. He finds a dead Vulcan woman and saves her infant daughter. Later he 'acquires' a Klingon wife and infant son. They are captured by Orion slavers. Dr. McCoy must find a way to escape and take his new family back to the Federation. Fast paced until chapter 6. Lots of drama.

The Enterprise is warping to Vulcan on an emergency mission, about to fight Nero and the Narada. There is only one key element seems to be missing. Jim Kirk. Who happens to be held at phaser point on the bridge of the Narada. And who no one has seen since his childhood disappearance. Spock x Kirk

An AU adaptation of Arrow, set in Regency England. The year is 1812, and the infamous rakehell and scoundrel Lord Oliver Queene has returned to London to assume his father's title as the Duke of Starling, following a five year disappearance prompted by a carriage accident in London. Society thinks it has its prodigal son back, but Oliver has a secret agenda of his own.

An unknown entity has removed a sizable portion of the Enterprise crew including most of the officers, leaving McCoy as the ranking officer onboard. Rating is due to the occasional profanity.

Being a simple country doctor was all that Leonard McCoy dreamed about as a small boy. Little did he knew he'd be practicing medicine in deep space. Nor did he know that he'd be raising a rebellious teenage daughter on a star ship.

Jim, Bones and the Enterprise crew get a little more than they bargained for when they're assigned to catalog a destroyed colony. AOS AU of TOS episode 25: This Side of Paradise. A Lost Stars one-shot.

As a doctor, Leonard McCoy is required to know many things. As CMO of the starship Enterprise, he finds that he knows a lot more. One-shots revolving around things Bones knows/has learned about the greatest crew in Starfleet. Final Arc: McCoy & Sulu go undercover. Thank you all for reading!

The Spock from the mirror universe caused the first crack. Now back in his own universe, McCoy is left to pick the pieces up or slowly fracture into a thousand shards.

Stranded on a doomed planet, Spock and McCoy must deal with a race whose goals are unknown, but whose methods are lethal. Rating for mild profanity and violence.

Fives times Jim was Jim, Bones was Bones, and McCoy's eyebrow was the one thing standing between him and certain death. Or pain. Or humiliation. (In other words, the Eyebrow was the only way to keep an idiotic Jim Kirk in line). Rated T for language, because Bones, and for mild slash.

Originally just a one-shot role reversal AU of Oliver and Felicity's first meeting, but slowly expanding into a collection of one-shots, drabbles, and ficlets in the same AU.

Vulcans don't have soulmarks, they said. Well, that lie was keeping the riots at bay, at least. Or: The hard part of having friends from other planets and how everything can work out anyway.

Dr. McCoy is trapped in engineering as it begins flooding after an accident aboard the Enterprise. Captain Kirk, Mr. Spock and Scotty work together to save their drowning friend.

Jim has been raised in and around Starfleet by her dad's academy buddy, Chris Pike, since she was four. Leonard lost his parents and his dad's star student, Doctor Pippa Boyce, was named his guardian in the will. The two kids are forced to interact and don't exactly like each other... yet. Eventual f!Jim/Bones. Possible Chris/f!Boyce. Rating may change.

Jim's a changed man, but when he resumes command of the Enterprise he's forced to look over his shoulder more than ever before. As he continues to reconcile with his new self, his own mother forces his hand. Soon, he's at a precipice, staring down a decision which has dire consequences for the Enterprise and Federation no matter where he steps. Indigenous sequel.

Sequel to Unsettling Reunions. Genderbender! Jamie and Spock have just saved earth but their relationship is on the rocks. Can the pair come together despite the time and secrets between them or are they doomed to remain as they are?

The two of them were at odds, broken in friendship. McCoy, for once in his career, didn't know how to fix things. He, the physician, the one who was supposed to heal, could only rub raw the festering wounds of his best friend. As the Enterprise crew rediscovers a lost species, Jim's world falls apart. Bones is grimly aware that Jim wouldn't survive two days without him. To prevent being posted on different ships, they get a marriage license. After T'Pring's death, how does Spock react to finding out his potential bond-mate is unavailable?

Bones is over worked and under appreciated, Jim attempts to remedy that.

When Starfleet orders the Enterprise to look into an abandoned Medical Research Facility, which specialised in reproduction methods, Jim, now with Carol, leads his team down. When an accident occurs, their lives turn upside down and when Carol drops another surprise, can Jim and Bones pull together to raise their child properly?

WARNING non-con. Something horrible happens to Jim and it would be expected that his First officer along with the rest of his crew would be there for him. So much for rt!Kirk guilty Spock&Crew. K/S please review and no flames please.

Jim is turned into a woman. Jim has all of his memories but he has no memory of ever being a man. Fem!Kirk gives her First Officer longing stares and Spock becomes overprotective of her. In the day, Jim is never silent. Now, though, he's quiet and reverential, a man that has found his religion at last. Oh, he thinks, and it's a melancholy sigh even in his own mind because he knows nothing will come of it. Leonard finally recognizes that he loves Jim, wholly and completely in a way someone so free-spirited as Kirk will probably never want.

"You can't stay on Enterprise, kid. I've got to get you to Earth," McCoy said. No. Jim wasn't going back to Earth. There was nothing for him on Earth. There never had been. Nothing good happened on Earth. He wanted to stay. Kirk picks up an unknown virus on the Narada and is quarantined on Earth while McCoy tries frantically to find a cure.

Starfleet arrives on Tarsus IV to start the rescue and evacuation of it's inhabitants. Christopher Pike joins a search party to look for a group of children and is the only one who can inadvertently win over the trust of their teenage leader. Starfleet returns to earth where J.T meets the members of his future Starship crew. Christopher Pike succumbs to his parental side.

They've been together two years, and the decisions they have to make now are going to shape the rest of...well, everything. Spock/McCoy, Arc Two of A Temporary Madness.

When word had gotten out that Kirk and McCoy were sparring partners – and had been for three years – Thursday mornings had become uncommonly busy in the gym.

It was supposed to be a simple mission, but when Spock returns with a four-year-old boy instead of the captain, they know it's not gonna be easy. Bones has to figure out how to fix him while dealing with temper tantrums and giggles. Kid-fic, No Slash.

Jim Kirk is the worst hostage ever.

On their first night of shore leave Bones gets drunk out of his mind, and he finds himself in an... unexpected position when morning stomps around the bend. On top of that, he doesn't remember how he got from San Francisco to Manhattan in one night. In other words, in order to get back to Starfleet with their pride intact they have to go on a little adventure of their own design.

Fourth installment in Holiday!verse; sequel to This is No Holiday. Jim didn't always see the value in Christmas. When he was a kid he thought it was a stupidly festive time of year that had maybe one tiny redeeming quality: it gave him plenty of opportunities to make a fool of others. But unfortunately once he got adopted, Jim's crazy guardian was set on changing his mind.

James Kirk has met Dr. McCoy before. She even has a permanent little reminder from their time together fifteen months ago in Seattle. She had just wanted to have a nice vacation and he was on a medical conference. They never expected to see each other again and never even exchanged names. Now Jim isn't sure what to do as her life in Starfleet is set to begin. AU FemKirk/McCoy.

There is a master plan to befriend Spock. Jim and Leonard don't always follow it accordingly. It works better than expected. K/S/M.

Kirk and the other cadets go into the forest as an assignment to reproduce the events of Tarsus IV and test their survival ability. Afterwards, Kirk's class continue studying Tarsus IV and a survivor is invited to talk to the students. Kirk's past is revealed and he returns to the academy after a brief hiatus. New evidence arises that suggests Kodos is still alive and Earthside.

In which Captain Kirk begs Dr. McCoy to render him celibate - as in no sex. Kirk/Uhura

Sponesy one shots. Not connected in any way and dotting around to different points in their relationship.

Mind melds can have their consequences, and for the past week McCoy has been having nightmares that aren't his own. Jim&Bones h/c with a side of Spock and Joanna.

Average Vulcan body temperature is approximately 8.6 degrees lower than humans'. It is only logical that Spock would eventually become cold within his lover's quarters. The doctor comes up with a solution. Unadulterated fluff.

The Tribbles attack the Enterprise, accidentally triggering an embarrassing course of events that (frequently) make Bones want to cry.

Jim wakes up in the arms of his First Officer with no recollection as to how he got there. Spirk Fluff! Rated T for language

Leonard McCoy spends a late night in the med bay when a sudden and unexpected adventure takes wing. After chasing an experimental tribble around the Enterprise, Bones enters a magical world where nothing is as it seems and old friends are a bit more mad they they usually are. Can "Alice" save his friends from the wrath of the Red Queen? Warning. This story is illogical.

Prompt: "Jim looks towards McCoy (they are drinking of course), and says in complete seriousness: 'I think I might be dating Spock.' " (Full prompt inside.)

Kirk/McCoy/ Spock: McCoy saw it and it made his heart hurt. The way Jim lit up when Spock entered the room. He knew then he had lost his friend. (Post Star Trek: Into Darkness).

Spock and Kirk's daughter goes back in time to make sure her parents get together and she is born. But can she do it without revealing her true identity? And Can she avoid Spock Prime?

During the second month of the five-year mission, Spock has a run-in with pon farr. Being the caring friends that they are, the crew figures they'd better "offer themselves" to Spock. Everyone tries to help him through it, and hilarity ensues. This is kind of just crack. Ending K/S.

This is the unofficial log of the terrible, awful, wonderful things that Dr. Leonard McCoy has had the ill luck to experience aboard the USS Enterprise. God help him.

Tha Academy!AU in which it's all Pike's fault because he made Bones teach hand-to-hand combat even if fighting was a thing of Bones past he never wanted to look at again. [McKirk, OS, Academy!AU]

In space, you need your friends. Jim's been taken hostage, the Enterprise is threatened in enemy territory, and the crew must risk everything to try to save their captain. Will everything be enough? Slow-building ensemble piece; not abandoned, I promise.

A series of one-shots taking place in a coffee shop AU. Jim Kirk owns The Enterprise Cafe, home to a number of regular customers. Chapter 2, The Bones Fund: When McCoy's bitter ex-wife attempts to cut contact between McCoy and his daughter, Jim leads the rest of the Enterprise Cafe in a mission to help their friend out.

Post Narada. "Hello, Doctor McCoy," Jim said as he unceremoniously slammed a PADD down in front of McCoy. "You gonna tell me what the hell this is?" Or, Jim and Bones have a discussion. Loudly. In a park.

After McCoy injects Khan's blood into a Tribble, it forms an unhealthy attachment to an Ensign aboard the Starship Enterprise during a routine doctor's visit.

Leonard is not enthusiastic about his new roommate. Jim, on the other hand, is ecstatic. Or maybe manic, which is more than slightly disturbing to Leonard. That, along with a little PTSD, concerned friends, late-night confessions and an unusual pet put McCoy and Kirk on the road to recovery in the aftermath of Marcus and Khan. - COMPLETE

Spock and Bones exchange bodies in a freak accident. Kirk looks like Christmas has come early as he enjoys the hilarity of it all. And the rest of the ship just tries to keep up, really. Contains references to STID, but minimal.

Set in Starfleet Academy. Kirk goes to a bar and as always, causes trouble.  And as always, it's McCoy's job to take him home.

Firefighter AU. Bones is a divorced Neurology Clinical Lead at Mercy General, and Jim is a firefighter with a hero complex the size of his ego. When Jim saves Joanna, Bones has to come up with an appropriate way to thank him. That doesn't involve copious amounts of saccharine goo, because 'dammit Jim, I'm a doctor, not a Hallmark card.'

And one time they actually let him. Spock's journey of discovery through shared bathrooms, Betazoid weddings, and Bones being generally cantankerous (as usual). Kirk/McCoy with some Spock/Uhura.

Jim Kirk wakes up to deal with a hungover crew, a best friend with his hair bleached, and awkward feelings towards his first officer. Plus, none of them remember anything from the previous night.

Pike nodded, he slowly passed the PADD to Leonard, "What I'm about to tell you is to stay classified, no one but yourself is to know the details I'm going to provide. In two days when the Enterprise leaves for their five-year exploration, you'll be making a stop first, and that stop may very well destroy the Jim Kirk we know and love if we don't take every necessary step within our

Jim coaxes Bones into an ill-fated landing crew, and when all goes tits up, the Captain must find a way to save his best friend. But this is the USS Enterprise, and nothing is ever straightforward. This rescue is going to be tricky one. Not your average 'Damnit-I'm-a-doctor-not-a-damsel-in-distress' story.

Reaper!verse. Bones always hinted that he was older and more jaded than Jim assumed. Jim assumed that he knew everything just by reading Bones' file. But Jim didn't know who Reaper was, and just how old that made Bones.

When it comes to his schedule during a normal day, Bones is a pretty simple, even boring cat. What he would like: napping, and being left alone. What he wouldn't like: not being left alone. Curiously, most of the time, these simple requests are denied. OS series with the main trio. AU: Cat Trek

When Captain Kirk is suddenly struck down by a mysterious illness, Dr. McCoy is faced with the challenge of trying to save his best friend's life. But another force is at play, and it soon becomes clear that Jim's condition is no accident. A new chapter added that explains a lot of the mystery.

Jim is bored in Sickbay. Jim tries to break out of Sickbay. Jim pisses a lot of people off while trying to break out of Sickbay, and learns a few things about the people that care for him. Visits from a couple of Spocks facilitate the process. One-Shot, post STID. Spoilers ahead.

Even Vulcans have to mate. Jim wants to help Spock, and Leonard is under oath to ensure Kirk and Spock survive. K/Mc, K/S, S/Mc. K/S/M. - COMPLETE

Jim and Bones's relationship is shattered when Jim does the unthinkable.
