This is from my own head cannon where Demo is a really good drinking buddy to all of his teammates, considering how he is open and always drunk. The others think that he can't remember anything and began to vent out their problems, but does he really forget what he hear when his head is full of rum and beer? It might have been the way his fingers pounded at the keys without any remorse, without any hesitance or delicacy that made his heart beat the way it did. Thump, thump, thump. Breathe. Scout tries his best to conceal his feelings for Medic, and he pushes him away time after time, afraid of letting anyone else come into his life and matter to him. Only his family matters, and even then there are exceptions. (this is fluff, actually. Kinda angsty but it gets better!)
