Just another 19-year-old trying to make sense of her life. Hey, Wow, I haven't been on fanfictions and forums in a while. Actually, make that almost five years. I was at the handle CuriousTooMuch and UniquenessInAbundance previously. But I am no longer curious, nor as unique as the world once made me believe I was. So as you can see a lot has changed. But my love for books and fandoms has not, and never will. I am extremely active in the following fandoms: There are a lot of other fandoms that I love and occasionally read/write/roleplay in. I am always open to new things to fangirl about, so drop me a message if you love something, and I would love to love it with you. So, how did I happen to start writing again? Well... For the longest time, whenever I would try writing, it always seemed too impassionate, too much effort, too boring. And I never had enough time to work on something. In July 2017, I watched Queer as Folk. It's a revolutionary LGBTQ show that I would recommend everyone to watch. I have been in a lot of fandoms but I had forgotten how it feels like to just enter a fandom. I was no longer that crazy middle aged teen who fell in love with Harry Potter, or that 16-year-old who would quote Star Trek and Star Wars word to word at a moment's notice, but Queer as Folk invoked something nostalgic and personal in me again and I had to get back to writing. Stories I am working on: 1) Queer as Fawkes - This is a Work in Progress but I can see it going far. It is basically a brain child of Queer as Folk and Harry Potter. Not a crossover but rather Queer as Folk ideas translated to the Harry Potter world we all love. Even if you are not a fan of Queer as Folk, it doesn't assume prior knowledge and you can enjoy it as a stand alone. Pairings: Albus x Scorpius (Primary), additional side pairings Rating: M rated Stories I have beta'd: 1) Name: Hogwarts: A historical game by Temairine Link: https://www.fanfiction.net/s/10322208/1/Hogwarts-A-Historical-Game Note: This fanfiction has been abandoned due to the author's personal reasons but I really enjoyed editing it and it is still worth a read. I might even ask the author for the creative rights and continue it as a future project. That's all for now. Enjoy! Drop me a message or a review! Love, A |
