Two years before the start of the movie, the Hamada family was subject to a tragedy that would shake Tadashi's perception on his actions and life, forever. Hiro is struggling to fit in at High School, and his actions will shape the course of their family, forever. After all, something had to spark Baymax into being, right?

Another mask-wearing hero arrives in San Fransokyo. Having no qualms about killing, this man appears to be more of an adversary than an ally to the city's six heroes. Putting that aside, something about this fox-masked, anti-hero seems melancholy and familiar... alive/anti-hero!Tadashi (cover by dasketcherz!)

"Hiro's not gone. He's alright." Tadashi said to himself when he woke up. One-shot.

When the building exploded, Hiro was the one who was too close to the fire. After Tadashi rescues him, his little brother stays in coma, but when he wakes up he believes Tadashi died on the fire. After this experience, they just might realize how much they actually mean to each other. Alive!Tadashi. One-shot (although it's a little longer than most one-shots).

After taking Hiro's camera by accident, Tadashi finds a video called "Tadashi lies" recorded by his little brother. But he could never expect what he was about to see. One-shot.

"They died when I was three, remember?" Yes, Tadashi remembers that. But he also remembers a lot of things about the night that their parents died that Hiro doesn't know about... Until Tadashi tells him. One-shot.

He took a deep breath in, his voice trembling. Wrenching his eyes shut in an effort to stop the tears and calm himself down, he tried with every fibre of his being to be brave. "We will kill him." / AU in which Tadashi doesn't save Hiro at the beginning of the movie. Hiro sneaks out to go bot fighting again. This time, he doesn't come back. Rated T for violence. One shot.

Hiro had always been bullied for being smarter than others. When suddenly one day, Tadashi is mad with Hiro for an unknown reason which leaves Hiro hurt and more weak willed than he usually is. Has he finally met his breaking point?

Alive!Tadashi- Feeling unchallenged by his mandatory introductory classes at SFIT Hiro takes on more than he can chew and falls into a sick abyss of illness. Now he has to participate in a deadly battle against pneumonia on top of a chronic inflammation and no amount of his robotic ingenuity will pull him free. Is Tadashi prepared to get his brother back when Yokai joins the fray?

Even the right decision can have detrimental consequences.
