I'm Miz (or Maples, whichever you prefer), a crazy young woman who is obsessed with a show about Children's Card Games, yaoi, fanfiction, and a certain LittleKuriboh's work. Though I'm a big fan of Tendershipping, I write many other pairings such as Thiefshipping, Darkshipping, Prideshipping, Deathshipping, Conspireshipping, Angstshipping, and Psychoshipping. I'm not a big fan of Puppyshipping, though, so that's the one pairing you'll probably never see me write.

As a quick warning, I'm also a fanatic of character torture, more specifically, my favorite characters being tortured. These characters include Ryou, Marik Ishtar, Yami Yugi and Yami Bakura. I spare Yami Marik only because he's usually the one saving them all from whatever crap I've put them through.

Also, I'm a sucker for pairings that aren't very well known or aren't loved as much as they should be. Deathshipping rings a bell here, because, as lovely a pairing as it is, hardly anyone writes for it anymore and that crushes me. This is why you'll see me write bucket loads of this pairing, because I'm trying to re-kindle the fandom's love for it.

If it's not clear enough already, I love angst, although I'm not a fan of boring Tendershipping fics where Bakura beats Ryou and Ryou still clings to him hopelessly. That makes no sense whatsoever. People take the whole abuse thing way too lightly. They act is if Bakura can just treat Ryou like crap for months or years, and Ryou still loves him as if he did not. It's sort of offensive.
