As the Lyoko Warriors are looking for Aelita's dad and William, a new student enrolls into Kadic. With his talents with a sword and mysterious powers, the new student might be the person they need to help free them. But with his dark and complicated past, he may either be able to help or condemn the Lyoko Warriors. Could he become a hero, or their greatest threat?

One month has passed since the Lyoko warriors have defeated the super virus, Xana. They thought their lives were finally getting back to normal, but Xana has returned in a way they've never expected. The gang has now become involved in a whole new adventure like no other with new allies to join in their battles against their longtime enemy.

Another year at Kadic, another year trying not to get killed by XANA. The Lyoko Warriors aren't out of danger, but they do have something new. Someone. Ulrich's cousin, Katherine Stern transfers to Kadic, but she isn't safe. To keep her from danger, she joins them in their mission to destroy XANA. On the way, secrets are revealed, a new danger arises and romance brews. Join them.

Five years after the events of Chapter 1, the group thinks that everything is normal for them after defeating XANA. Are they right? (J/A U/Y O/S/S OC/OC W/?)

It's months after they defeated X.A.N.A. and saved the world from destruction. The warriors live more or less normal lives now, until somehow, X.A.N.A. Rears his ugly head again.
