Hallo!

Some time ago me and a friend planned to make an animated series together titled “Adventure Heroes”, creative title, I know. However, since I don’t know a damn about animating, this task would fall to my friend alone, and we soon came to the conclusion that it was a bit too much work for just one animator and had to cancel the project.

I still thought it would be a shame to let the script that I had worked on go to waste so I decided to re-write it as a novel instead. I wasn’t however sure if it was any good, but my friend insisted that I would share it here.

Should you decide to read my story, you have my humble thanks and I hope that it was enjoyable for you. I welcome any and all thoughts on my work. If you like it, I would certainly appreciate if you would let me know, but this of course goes for criticisms as well. If my writing is trash, please tell me what you think I need to work on. That’s the only way I’ll learn, and I would like this story to turn out as good as possible. For that I need your thoughts and opinions on it.

Adventure Heroes started off as just short skits rooted in MMO-RPG mechanics. Many characters and parts of the story are inspired by the time me and my friend used to play Rebirth:RO together. The story will follow Jariko, young adventurer with a heart of gold who aspires to become a renowned hero, and his best friend, William, a witty but snarky noble’s son who grew up having huge expectations placed on him by the world because of his lineage.
