Hello all! I'll use this area mainly for updates, however if you have nothing better to do go ahead and read my concise bio which is rapidly becoming considerably less concise. I am an Australian teenager from the city of Brisbane (those of you outside Australia or New Zealand will probably not have heard of Brisbane, despite it being Australia's third largest city). I love going overseas (not because Australia is boring) and have visited New Zealand, China and the US. I'd have to say China was the best because Hong Kong is extremly cool. LA is incredibly ugly, but cool none the less. NZ just as awesome ski fields and scenery. I am straying from the point of this by talking about countries and cities that are a thousands of kilometres from the subject of this bio so before I start talking about why South Korea some how managed to get so far in the World Cup I'll stop myself. What I Fill Life With: - Writing (If you hadn't figured that out by now you should consider a brain transplant) - Reading (Reading helps with the writing skills and I don't mean copying other peoples work by that) - Soccer (No other sport compares) - Devouring Small Children (Did I say that out loud?) - Talking What I Don't Fill Life With: - Cricket (In my personal opinion extremely boring) - Blue softdrinks (they taste like carbonated demezin) An Update of My Literary Masterpieces - New story up! Elekantos. As I promised I have begun a fantasy story set in a land known as Ilvalia. First chapter is now up and more to come soon. For those of you who are reading Le Centième Jour, don't worry, I'm going to write both over the course of the next few months. Le Centième Jour is probably three quarters compelte now; the Battle of Waterloo has now started and with the battle's end the story's end will be in sight. As of the moment I have absolutely no idea how long Elekantos will be, most probably not as long as Le Centième Jour, but you never know. Chapter XXV of Le Centième Jour is now up and chapter I of Elekantos is also up. At the moment I have five stories up all in the history section, but one (the afore mentioned Elekantos) of which Le Centième Jour and Elekantos are my best, followed by Crimson Snow. Oh and for any of you that read Blood & Glory it should be noted more chapters will come (Chapter II now up). Le Centième Jour has just seen the start of the battle which is central to its plot. Waterloo begun in Chapter XXIII which was added about two weeks ago. I have been slack for two reasons lately. 1) I've been in many places recently of which my home isn't numbered 2) I'm lazy. As soon as the opportunity arises I will fix the oft mentioned ending of Crimson Snow (the file isn't saved on my home computer). More to follow. That's it for now on the updates. Additional Stuff: Just a small request, one that has admittedly been requested by at least half the authors on this site, but anyway. Reviews are how I know I'm doing soemthing worthwhile. If you read any of my stories and you like what you read please review. Just a line is fine, but yes... anyway. I have been away for the last two weeks and therefore haven't updated, but I did manage to get one (not much, but hopefully better than nothing) chapter of Le Centième Jour written which has just been put up. Hrmmmmmmmm... nothing else. Read on. Recommended Stories: Ratings - the higher percentage a story gets the better. Valhalla's Champions - A story based on the Nordic myth of Ragnarok. (100% - The best story on this site, unfortunately though not frequently updated) Guadalcanal: The Island of Death - The account of one of the most important battles in the Pacific Theatre during WWII (92%) The Spiritual Stones (78% - It should be noted that I don't particularly like fanfics so perhaps some of you that do may like this one better than I did, still I liked it enough to give it 78%) Until I next update this, cya. |
