![]() Author has written 9 stories for Jak and Daxter, Naruto, Avatar: Last Airbender, Doctor Who, and Final Fantasy XIII. Name: Venn364 - formerly VenDiagram the "Master of Statistical Analysis" but I've moved on, sort of... Gemder: Female Age: 20 almost 21, oh god I feel old Sudying: Primary Education at Griffith University Current Job: Administrative Assistant. You name it I've filed, stamped, prepared or emailed it. The job may sound wussy but it's a lot harder than people think. Things I Like: My friends, my family, books and Naruto. (Shikamaru is hot!) Things I Hate: Sexist Pigs (parody or mocking gender once in a while is fine but some people... grr), Homophobes (My cousin is one of the coolest people ever you hurt him I hurt you), A Note From Me: 25APR2013 I've recently recovered from a rather nasty head injury. Pedestrian crossed the road without looking and I stacked it on the curb in my quest to avoid hitting them. Yay for helmets though, mine did a fairly good job of making sure my brains didn't end up decorating the roadside but since this was my fourth concussion in seven years getting back into the swing of things has been pretty hard. 02AUG2012 For those of you with ME3 my Origin user name is Venn364 same as my penname and I would love to play a few rounds of multiplayer with any of you. I will be hosting matches every Saturday for any who are interested. PM me for times. 22JUL2012 After a long two years I have returned to ff.net as a regular reader and reviewer. I'm not sure if my life will every allow me the time to write properly again or if I still posess even the slightest bit of talent for it. However, despite all that I still have a keen eye for the smaller things authors sometimes lose track of in big stories such as minor continuity errors, spelling mistakes, the evils of autocorrect and the abuse of the common comma. So while I won't be authoring I will be open to any who want a beta, provided I still have any sort of an audience reading this that is. I'm actually a lot less picky about my pairings than I was a couple of years ago, yay life I suppose. I'll read pretty much anything so long as I enjoy the story so if anyone has some goldies they know about drop me a line because I haven't been around in a while and some fandoms are just too big to sift through. Inspiration for one of my current pet project, "The Legend of Aang" comes from ravenhpltc242's video Avatar - New Beginnings. The words for my main summary are pretty much the same as Raven has used in her video so I don't actually own them. No-one kill me please. I will be re-releasing the first chapter of AtLoA. I apologise for the long delay in updating, I am trying my best but it is extremely hard to write and plan out a story and do a double major uni course. Expect many short and random drabbles and such from me in the coming months as they are fun to write and good stress releivers for when uni is really getting to me. In regards to my Naruto stories, the Anime is not being very inspiring and the manga is keeping me so wrapped up in its awsomeness that I'm having trouble thinking of anything Naruto related other than how Fing awesome/hot Sage Naruto looks. So I'll probably resume them later on in the year. Most of my J&D stories are dead. Let no-one tell you otherwise. The only one I'll consider restarting is Life of a Legend and even then updates will be few and far between. If you want to keep writing them PM me and tell me where you would take the story and provide a sample of your writing and I'll most likely give it to you. Current/Ongoing Projects You Can't be Serious: A series of humourous Naruto oneshots. I will be posting my recieved requests by the end of January and will continue on from there. Current Future Projects - Coming to a fanfiction site near you when life allows... The Precursor Legacy Avatar: The Legend of Aang Coming at some point in my writing career... Naruto - The Story of the Three Naruto - The Colour of Light Trilogy 2010 - Black and White This is the first story in the Colour of Light Trilogy. This story depicts Tsunade’s time as a spy for Konoha within Otogakure. Shizune (her apprentice) and Umino Iruka (a newly promoted Genin) have come along as her aides for the mission. During their time in Oto they come across six young children, all of whom were kidnapped from Konoha shortly after their birth with their ages ranging from 2-13. Soon it becomes a race against time to save these children from the tortures Orochimaru forces them to endure, and the inner darkness that threatens to consume them all. 2011 - Lights in the Distance This story follows the journey of Aoi, Akame, Kiiromaru and Shiro, as they search for a place that they belong. The young group has been named Iro or ‘Colour’ by the people in nearby towns because of their names. After a fateful meeting with a large group of Konoha ninja, who will be on a peacekeeping mission in the area over the next three years, they decide to travel with the group and show them the way of the land. Over time they make friends with the ninja from Konoha and come to trust them almost completely, but as time draws on the Konoha Nins become more and more suspicious of Iro. And as the noose tightens the question comes... What deadly secret are these people hiding, and what does it have to do with those children who died in Otogakure four years ago? 2012 - Colours of the Rainbow In this final instalment of the Colour of Light Trilogy emotions are running high as Tsunade orders a mission to retrieve one Umino Iruka who disappeared from Konoha two years ago, shortly after returning from a peacekeeping mission in the large and industrious Forest Country. Another team are assigned a mission to find out what happened to the six orphans that used to reside in the now destroyed and desolate Otogakure. They quickly realise that if they want to find these missing children and recover Iruka they will have to seek out and join forces with the elusive Iro who disbanded and disappeared some time ago. Their search eventually leads them to the home of the Kazekage who, along with his two siblings, may very well know far more about the situation than he is letting on... Pokemon - Legends Completed Stories/One-shots Flames in the Distance Dead Stories... For Now Children of War: A single shot rang through the night and changed two young lives forever. Fifteen years later and he is believed dead, killed by Erol under Praxis's orders because of his heritage. She works for the underground working as one of the top fighters. Instantly she recognises the oppertunity to extract her revenge. She will avenge his death. No matter what the cost, Keira’s gonna bring the baron down. Out of the Darkness: There was nothing before the pain... Dark is the top Wastlander in Spargus and the fiercest fighter around but when he is given the task of guiding Keira, the daughter of the Shadow, to a place far north that only he has seen his skills will be put to the test. The darkness shall consume you... For although his fighting skills are great he still has a lot to learn about the people of this time and even more to remember of the people of another, so, when the dark ones of old threaten to rise once again the pure light must raise himself from the darkness and claim his destiny. Step into the light and claim what was yours once more... Life of a Legend - Part I - A Boy Named Jak: This was a long term project. this story will tell the story of Jak's life and will be devided into five parts/stories. This part of the story tells of Jak's life before the Precursor Legacy and how he makes friends with Daxter, ends up living with his 'Uncle' and how he learns to fight. Please note, for all the people completely devoted to the games and such, that Jak will not utter a word before Part III, if he does you may all cut me up into little pieces and feed me to a cat. I am the girl ... that doesn't go to school dances, and when I do go, I sit in a corner and read a book. I am the girl that people look through when I say something. I am the girl that spends most of her free time reading, writing, or doing other activities that most teenagers wouldn't call normal. I am the girl that people call weird, and a freak either behind my back or to my face. I am the girl that doesn't spend all her time on My Space, or talking to a girlfriend on a cellphone or a regular phone. I am the girl that hasn't been asked out in a year. I am the girl that has stopped to smell the flowers and jump and splash in the rain. But I am also the girl who knows and is proud to be who she is, doesn't care if people call her weird, who loves reading and writing and doing the things that no one seems to have the time to do any more, who loves and is obsessed with Torchwood, who can express herself better with words, and knows the importance of the little things. Copy and Paste this onto your account, and add your name to the list, if you are anything like me, so the girls who are different and unique can know in their weakest times that they are unique, but not alone.
