Author has written 11 stories for Harry Potter. What am I supposed to write here? Anything? Well this should be fun... Name: You have three days to guess or I get your firstborn, muhahaha... Age: Don't you know it's rude to ask a woman her age? I'm too young to drink, that should give you some idea. Gender: Well, I did say it's rude to ask a woman her age, did I not? Why would I say that if I was not female? Do you think I would just randomly spout out some age related information? Well, actually, that does sound like something I would do...fine, I'm female, happy? Place of birth: I might as well tell you since I don't live there anymore. Eugene, Oregon. I no longer live in Oregon, and can't even remember it (I was two when we moved) but still live in the good ol' US of A though, and have never been out of it, though I'll probably (hopefully) be going to Europe next summer. Like you care, but, whatever... Address: I wouldn't put it online in a million years but that made me think of that thing in Holes where Mr. Sir says "You will address me as Mr. Sir," or something like that, and then that made me think of that part in HBP where Harry says "Yes," to Snape and Snape says "Yes, sir," and Harry said "There's no need to call me sir, professor," I love that part! Right, okay, moving on... Hobbies: Writing. Stories, poems, songs, e-mails, letters, anything. Reading. Bowling, it's the one sport I never get tired of and I haven't the slightest notion why, it's just always fun...Doodling. I'm best at flowers and sea creatures for some reason. Watercolor. I actually haven't done this in a while, but I do like to do it when I get around to it, I took a class last summer and the only reason I took it was because my friend was but then she ended up not taking it anyway but then it turned out I knew the teacher, but, anyway, ever since then I've liked to paint watercolor. Listening to music. I do it all the time and when I'm not I almost always have a song stuck in my head, some of the weirdest songs, too, some I haven't listened to in years. Learning languages, I love languages, I'm currently learning Italian (I know very little, but the point is I'm LEARNING), then I'll learn Japanese, and at some point I'd like to learn French and Spanish, and perhaps Chinese and Portugese, too... Music I like: Um, Green Day, Death Cab for Cutie, most of Good Charlotte and Simple Plan's stuff, I also like Avril Lavigne, Lillix, the Killers (or the two songs by them I've actually heard, at any rate), Hoobastank, some of Switchfoot's stuff, and lots of other totally random stuff... Books I like: Harry Potter by J K Rowling, the Mediator series by Meg Cabot, the Princess Diaries series by Meg Cabot, the Inheritance trilogy by Christopher Paolini, the Artemis Fowl series by Eoin Colfer, the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants books by Anne Brashares, the Young Wizards series by Diane Duane, Fruits Baskets by Natsuki Takaya (technically Manga comics, but, hey, I read them, they're on my bookshelf, good enough...) Authors I like: All the authors of the books above plus Louis Sachar, E L Konigsburg, Anne McCaffery, Gail Carson Levine and others I can’t think of right now... Ships: Harry Potter: Harry/Ginny Ron/Hermione Lily/James Lupin/Tonks Malfoy/Moaning Myrtle (strange I know, but it could work out, I mean they could be depressed together or maybe even make either –shock- happy, and what are the chances, after failing to kill Dumbledore, that Malfoy will actually live? And we’re supposed to find out more about how ghosts are made in the last book, and Myrtle wanted Malfoy to die just like how she wanted Harry to die in the second book when she liked him and…okay, I’m blabbing, but it’s possible is all I’m saying) Molly/Arthur Young Wizards series: Nita/Kit Dairine/Roshaun Ronan/Carmela Mediator series: Jesse/Suze CeeCee/Adam Ships I do NOT like: Harry Potter: Harry/anyone but Ginny Ginny/anyone but Harry Hermione/anyone but Ron Ron/anyone but Hermione Lily/anyone but James James/anyone but Lily Snape/anyone except perhaps a very good made-up character Tonks/Charlie or Bill Lupin/Sirius or pretty much any slash unless it’s done really well (nothing against gay people, just don’t like reading slash much) Pretty much any married character/someone other then their husband/wife Diane Duane wizardry series: Anything other then the ships I do like (unless done really well) Mediator series: Anything other then the ships I do like (unless done really well) Though, I’ll make an exception for pretty much anything if it’s written well enough… Quotes I like: "I am a kind of paranoiac in reverse. I suspect people of plotting to make me happy." -- J. D. Salinger “I can resist everything except temptation.” -- Oscar Wilde “A word to the wise ain’t necessary – it’s the stupid ones that need the advice.” --Bill Cosby “A successful man is one who makes more money than his wife can spend. A successful woman is one who can find such a man.” -- Lana Turner “I am a marvelous housekeeper. Every time I leave a man I keep his house.” -- Zsa Zsa Gabor “I always wanted to be somebody, but now I realize I should have been more specific.” -- Lily Tomlin "Strength is the capacity to break a chocolate bar into four pieces with your bare hands - and then eat just one of the pieces" -- Judith Viorst "There's nothing better than a good friend, except a good friend with CHOCOLATE" -- Linda Grayson "Forget love-- I'd rather fall in chocolate!!!" "It's not that chocolates are a substitute for love. Love is a substitute for chocolate. Chocolate is, let's face it, far more reliable than a man." -- Miranda Ingram "It's like I'm going out with the giant squid!" -- Ron Weasley, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by JK Rowling "I love you, Hermione." -- Ron Weasley, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by JK Rowling Okay, I’m bored, I’ll write more later (though I'd be pretty surprised if many people read all that)… |
