Author has written 1 story for Naruto. EDIT: I am Diniece Henderson from the future. There was a small, intense moment after reading this biographical essay where I wanted to... make all of this go away. Hide my shame. Delete this entire operation. But you know what? This short story dedicated to my fifteen year old hubris is an historic cornerstone that shouldn't be torn down, but preserved to garner my eternal humility. Here's a toast, and a very happy 14th Anniversary to my teenage self - a time when I thought I was different, but in reality was just like any other weeb carving out a piece of her existence on the world wide web. ~Diniece Henderson, 2019 Greetings, my name is Diniece Henderson who is too lazy to think of a more creative username. :) You may call me by Diniece, Dice, Sire, and Dini; my most common nicknames. I have emerged from the humid lands of Arizona to meet fellow Naruto, Death Note, NBC and Corpse Bride disciples with anticipation. I hope I become accustomed to this place soon enough and get to know individuals, as long as school doesn't hold me captive. Why I am Sire is because I usually take the role of the most amazing creature in the Naruto universe: Orochimaru. Honestly, I can’t understand why so many hate the man. Yes, he’s an antagonist, but he’s beautiful, and a complete genius! Not to mention he dissects and manipulates others. He acts as a savior, bringing lost souls under the shade [of] his wing and granting them delicious power. His serpent characteristics are too awesome to me. Orochimaru is a villain every story needs. ((This is how cult members are made.)) I should say that my top favorites are the Sannin, consisting of Jiraiya, Orochimaru and Tsunade. I deeply admire all three of them. Don’t you? In other instances, my other favorite Shinobi are Shikamaru for his intelligence and laid-back attitude (reminds me of myself) ((my humbleness knew no bounds)). Chouji for being the sweetest, number one chubby ninja in town. Rock Lee for his great talents, humor and heart. Kisame for being a chakra-sucking, impressive shark-man with an adorable face (not kidding). Sasuke for being Orochimaru’s next container and essence for my snake to become the greatest Shinobi (haha, I’m crude). Itachi for kicking puppies and possessing some nifty techniques. Shino for... well... being his creepy self. I like bugs. Oh, and how could I forget about Kankurou, because not only does he control and array of splendid puppets with sharp objects, but he has a dark fashion statement and striking kabuki make up. Everything about him is awesome. The rest of the Akatsuki (Zetsu, Deidara, etc) are some I’m fond of as well. Who I dislike? Well, there’s not really any… except Temari. Her weapon is overused and lame. She always thinks she’s right and later she looks like a fool, yet people still admire her. She’s a snob with a stupid haircut. That’s all I really have to say about her. Gaara and Neji at the beginning of the series were despicable too. Although filler episodes isn’t a specific character, I tend to detest them, mainly because of the jib-jab they keep making about Orochimaru. Stupid ideas such as conducting experiments for animal people, three-headed blob people and fish people is going over the edge. This isn’t X-men. This is Naruto. I suppose I should express some details about myself instead of things you already know. I am fifteen years old, 5’9’’ and has been a fan of Naruto for about three years now, maybe a little more. Just last year however, I’ve been thoroughly examining the Anime and Manga, thus becoming a very dedicated admirer. I have finally seen the wonderful Japanese episodes and is now keeping close to the comic as a new chapter is handed out every Wednesday, along with the episodes. Youtube and Narutofan is my source of power. ((Goes to show what good my obsession with Naruto did me, seeing as I hardly remember any of this crap.)) I love Coca-Cola, and despise Pepsi. Those copiers need to be burned to the ground for insulting the nectar of God with a fowl taste. I have loved screenplays and musicals for awhile now. Phantom of the Opera is one of the best, by far, I think. It can't tackle NBC's originality however. Jack Skellington is the greatest, hands down. So charming, so intelligent, so... stylish. Victor Van Dort's somewhere in there winning my heart with his innocence and sweetness. Although admiring two feet tall puppets must be unhealthy, Tim Burton's creations introduced me to many types of classical masterpieces. ((Step aside, Kubrick. On your knees, Scorsese. Frank Capra? What about him? Hitchcock - pfft, never heard of him in my life. But TIM BURTON. NOW THAT GUY IS A CLASSICAL MASTERPIECE.)) Haha, Death Note, is a good manga series indeed. I’m blown away by how marvelously put together the story is. The protagonist is certainly unique, almost antagonistic himself. Raito Yagami is my favorite character (yes, more than L. Shocking). However, Ryuku’s the cutest thing in the series, hands down (XD). Yeah, I haven’t finished the series just yet, but I’m reasonably close, on volume nine at the moment. For the love of Death Note I’m currently writing a fanfiction on it. A crossover of it and the amazing horror series, The Ring. It looks to be promising, and with my brilliant sister helping with its progress, it’ll prove to be an ingenious crossover, really. Another note on me. I... love... The Ring (or Ringu, if you may). I’m possibly one of the few people in the world who enjoys the English version of it rather than the Japanese however. Hides from randomly thrown tomatoes. I have a sense of director’s passion, I believe, and I find The Ring to be much more pleasing and intense to my eyes. It’s amazing and wonderful that Ringu used optical illusions and silent scenes in the movie, but the American’s render using computer animation and verbally passionate vistas I find more satisfying and horrific. I do keep the left-out facts of the original story in mind, such as Samara (Sadako) being a hermaphrodite (did you know that one?) and the videotape actually being a virus. The American film brings more of a paranormal, ghastly air, which is my reasons of watching it the most and calling Sadako ‘Samara.’ ((Oh no it's retarded.)) Believe it or not, I am a dedicated Christian (funny coming from an Orochimaru admirer, eh?). I am Protestant. A simple definition to a Protestant is that we believe everything in the original Bible to be true (that means no Book of Mormon or whatever the Jehovah’s Witnesses believe), period. The Lord would never allow His Word to be changed by mankind, so forget about those rumors that the Bible was rigged, added to or mistranslated. Look up the Dead Sea Scrolls if you don’t believe me. You may learn something. Although I am Christian, I find beauty in most things dark and dismal, such as snakes, night, gothic attire, zombies (XD) and other things. They don’t seem to hinder my relationship with Christ on the other hand, so I continue to express that a Christian doesn’t always have to be bright, optimistic and smiley. I believe they could have their own diverse opinions in what is truly wonderful to them, whether it be the night or the day. And another thing: I HATE labels. ‘Goth’ doesn’t mean anything to me and it shouldn’t to you. ((HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.)) Let’s talk about music, shall we? My favorite genres are modern orchestra and hard rock. My favorite orchestral composers are Hans Zimmer (directed the music of Pirates of the Caribbean and Gladiator.), John Williams (directed the music of Star Wars and The War of the Worlds and a few others I can’t seem to think of right now. Of course, I love the music from Naruto, Orochimaru’s Theme being my favorite, of course. (the best theme ever! I love pipe organs). Malice Mizer is a Japanese band I’m fond of as well. I suggest checking them out on Youtube to see the music videos. Onward to hard rock, I like Demon Hunter and East West, two fantastic Christian rock bands. System of a Down is absolutely splendid (yes, I buy the edited versions) ((I was such a rebel.)) along with Disturbed. I know there is more I like, but I can’t grasp them at the moment… Hobbies. Oh yes, I draw… a lot. I don’t believe I’m too shabby either. My DeviantART username is Blindice. I also make graphics like signatures, banners, avatars and profile themes for Gaia. Writing is also really entertaining. It’s expected from an RPer like myself. I’m working on a fanfiction now called Ougonjidai: Golden Age, a story about fifty years before the Naruto series began. Hopefully I’ll beat my record and actually finish this fanfiction (has had many attempts beforehand, and was utterly defeated). ((All around me are familiar faces...)) I’m not completely unoriginal, of course. I’ve been laboring over a story for about four years now and I’m far from satisfied with it. I’m a little nervous expressing my ideas to a public webpage without copyrights, so I won’t go into detail. All I’ll say is that the genre is a militaristic, science-fiction / horror chronicle with Christian elements. I wonder if I’ll be the first one to combine these fundamentals. Probably not, but it’s worth a shot. So far, everyone I’ve presented it to sees it as promising, yet I’m not so sure. I'm losing my touch with it...
