Bon jour! My name is Psyche and yes, that seriously is my name in real life. My parents are both Psychoanalysts who I think love their job just a little too much sometimes. I’m an eighteen year old former home-schooler (not a psycho cultist or anything though) turned college student from…well, everywhere USA. You name it; East Cost, West Cost, the South, the North, I’ve lived there, but right now I live in Florida. I love to study everything (except Math...which I have on good authority was invented by Satan).

I'm a big liberal (oooh! The evil L word! Don't be scared children) and I'm a strong supporter of Agnosticism. Yes, I realize that some people think I will go to Hell for being an Agnostic...but you have to appreciate that, as an Agnostic, I don't really care one way or another. I also love to think about deep philosophical conundrums in the middle of the night.

My biggest pet peeves are ignorance (stupidity I can forgive but not ignorance), intolerance, and…oddly the biggest pet peeve of them all, anyone over the age of five who lacks the ability to locate ENGLAND on a fing map. I mean, come on! I know we’re not at war with them or anything but you’d think they’d know where it was! Just pisses me off, man!

The Death I Was Most Saddened Over in 2005:

No surprise, it wasn’t the Pope (though it did come close believe it or not) . I may be agnostic but JP II was a cool guy. The death that most effected me so far in 2005 though was the passing of Hunter S. Thompson on February 20. (If you don’t know who he is…was…shame on you first of all. 2nd go look him up and read some of his stuff.) He shall be mourned and missed for a long time to come. I fear we shall never see a writer like him again. Anyone who hasn’t at LEAST read Fear and Loathing should be deeply ashamed.

Hunter S. Thompson. “When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.”
