![]() Author has written 13 stories for Tokyo Mew Mew, Martin Mystery, Trickster series, Avatar: Last Airbender, One Piece, Warcraft, Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, Naruto, and Walking Dead. Somewhere around a quarter century in age, taking time off college. Small, less muscular version of Captain America, with better lipstick. I write a lot, but not much of it ever gets posted. The farther down the list of my stories you go, the older they are and the worse they get. This is code for "please don't read those, they're awful." The only reason I haven't taken down the first two is because of all the reviews they have. I have a bad tendency of starting things and not finishing them. However, I managed to finish a novel. Then I finished another. SHATTERBOX, LONGEVITY, and UPON BLUE WINGS are on hiatus while I prepare my original novel for submissions to agents and hopefully publication. When I do resume those stories, they will undergo an intensive revamp session before I continue on.
Zutara, Dramione, KakaSaku, and a few other "odd" pairings are my OTPs. why? Because, while I generally don't have any problem with the canon pairings themselves, the way the relationships tend to be written is rather flat and one-dimensional, even in canon. If I came across a fic with canon pairings that had good characterization and relationship development, I'd be ecstatic -- but generally, those fics are few and far between, basically to the point of non-existence. So I'll stick to my well-written non-canon attitude, because. .. I'm very picky about what I read. I love one shots and short stories that are good, but often the shorter the story, the worse it is, so I've been burnt a few times and tend to steer away from those. I love, love, love long stories that have good characterization and plot/character development -- I can suspend my sense of reality pretty easily when reading, provided it's not TOO ridiculous. (like, say, the X-men meeting Willy Wonka who's secretly Thor in disguise. . .) If you want to talk, just shoot me a message or an email. I am positively awful at starting conversations. |
