I've been reading for all my life and a few years ago after watching one of the movies in the Twilight saga and rereading the books I was desperate for more so I googled Twilight and found out about fan fiction. I have been hooked ever since. I slowly moved into Harry Potter fan fiction and now split my time between the two. I'll admit that I'm not much of a fan of canon couples, I like to see the creativity that exists in the community, where authors take the characters I've grown to love over the years.

I've wanted to write my own story for a while but was intimidated by the scope of the stories and the challenges with coming up with a new and innovative story but I was recently inspired by the Ho Hey contest and finally decided to try and write a full story. I hope to keep pursuing my writing and finding inspiration within the community.
