Hi!!! My penname is the-other-weasley-g, I'm female and I'm in my teens. I have flaming red hair (hence the penname) and oh, did I mention that I LOVE HARRY POTTER!! On this site I will mainly be writing Harry Potter stories.

I'm pretty open-minded with ships, but my favourite ships are Ron/Hermione (of course, they're classic and canon!), Scorpius/Rose, James/Lily, Harry/Ginny, Ginny/Dean (I love the whole transition phase between HBP pairings such as this one and the final pairings, it's all angsty and whatnot!! But I do believe Ginny/Harry and Ron/Hermione should all end up together), George/Angelina (their painful relationship post-Fred), Teddy/Victoire and I don't mind a bit of Dean/Seamus (they're probably my favourite slash, apart from Dumbledore/Grindelwald as teenagers, which would be pretty epic!). I also like Percy/Oliver and Harry/Ron as far as slash goes. I think anything Harry/Draco or Ron/Draco is okay, but not everyone can make it work.

I wouldn't write anything to contradict the Golden Trio era in the books but I do love backstories i.e. from other people's perspective during the books, pre HP1 (like Lily and James) or post HP7 with the Golden Trio. I love the whole third-gen idea of Harry Potter. I love the Weasley family but I'm not big on twincest or anything like that, lol.

Some ships that I REALLY don't like are Hermione/Snape (just, ew it's Snape), Harry/Hermione (they have such a beautiful friendship but I hate romance between them, it ruins it. Ron and Hermione bring out the best and worst in each other, and I like it that way), and Hermione/Draco (the Dramione pairing is just awful. If you know it done well however, prove me wrong).
