You know what, no, don't answer that question. Or the one after it, for that matter. You're here, nothing I can do about it.

My name is Valres, and I'm something of an amateur writer who thinks he's got some skills. Let's be real here, though. I'm just about as average as average gets, and will likely be lost in the vast sea that is Fan Fiction and this website. Regardless, I'm a RWBY writer, and that'll be what most of my Fics cover. I tend to write from a Jaune-centric PoV, be that First Person, or following him as our main character. I'm convinced I picked a lot of that up from reading Coeur as I'm sure many of you have as well. In reality, reading Coeur is what pushed me to want to do my own writing and publish it here. I'm not trying to be the next Coeur. I know I don't have that much talent. I'm more or less just trying to improve my sloppy writing, and you're all coming along for the ride with me. Here's to hoping that all goes well and that I can entertain you all with the slop I churn out.

Upcoming Fics

End Game: War, war never changes. It costs each and every one of us something precious. Ozpin sits back in his chair and uses us like pawns for his war, a war we wanted nothing to do with. We paid the price for his games. It had damn well better be worth it.

End Game is a story following Jaune, Ren, Weiss, & Sun as they navigate their way though Ozpin's war with Salem. They've all got to pay something for victory, now the question remains if it was worth it or not?

Jaune Arc: Helljumper: Jaune Arc had to prove himself. Sure, he didn't look like much, but at this point, he was the best they had. War with the Grimm was costly in Lien, but more in lives. Jaune found himself on a team of Helljumpers, a team of replacements and fresh faces just like him. They were diving head first into a war zone. They could only pray they made it out alive. (Semi working summary, prone to being rewritten.)

Jaune Arc: Helljumper is the brain child that comes from my crippling addiction to the Halo series. Follow Jaune, Cardin, Qrow, Winter, and Sun as they navigate their way through a city under siege by the Grimm.

I'll answer a few random things here because I can.

Favorite Character(s): Roman Torchwick, Junior Xiong, Neo.
I'm a sucker for the criminals, don't judge me. Roman was probably the best character of the show and was sadly thrown away like trash, we miss you Roman. Junior is just cool, I guess. I dunno, he just hit a chord with me and I guess, there we have it. I don't need to explain myself to you... Even though that's exactly what I'm doing. Whatever. Neo is just a badass, cute, and undeniable best girl. I will fight all of you who say otherwise.

Favorite Ship: This is a dangerous thing for me to get involved in and to throw my hat into the ring for, but you know what? I don't care, it's not like I have something to lose. I'd say my favorite is Lancaster (JaunexRuby). They're cute as hell, and I love them both. Just because they're my favorite doesn't mean that's the ship in all of my stories. I like a lot of the ships in RWBY, this one just happens to be my favorite.
